Super slow to process you from one phase to another, seem to be "closed" over weekend, nothing happening with my submission to provider or approval/denial ect. Many other sites for same or lower price you can order glps and be approved and meds shipped almost immediately. This process with orderly meds has been at least 5 days before i was notified it was even sent to pharmacy, and now im told they have a 8-10 delay before it will even be shipped. So at least 15 days will have likely passed before I even get a tracking id for the shipment. I also could not log into my portal/account over the weekend while my info was being sent to a provider for review, but i kept getting texts that they had continued to try to contact me via text for more information, and I had not responded. When I finally got a reply from someone via email, they told me I would be unable to login to see account details and would be unable to provide additional info ect on the portal while my info was being sent to and or reviewed by a provider.

BUYER BEWARE!
They tell you that your card will not be charged until product is shipped, they charged my card the day I placed my order. After two weeks of waiting and receiving nothing not being able to log into my account to find out what was going on being told mixed things on my order.First it was still under review then, it was at the pharmacy, then back to still under review. This company uses only a I computer generated responses.You can never talk to a real person! I finally received my order after three weeks when their website says 5 - 7 days. I did my initial injection, and within a couple days started having severe stomach cramping, abdominal pain became so constipated after a week on it that I thought I was going to die. I messaged the company on a friday morning by saturday afternoon had received no response messaged again, received a standard AI response that it had been sent to their medical team, by monday morning, it's still not received any communication. I found a support group on social media that actually gave me the help I needed to deal with what was going on Thank goodness! The following Wednesday I received a message wanting to check-in with me to see how things were needless to say. I gave them a piece of my mind. Told them how horrible their customer service was received a standard AI response back, saying that they would have customer service reach out to me and have not heard a word since and that was two weeks ago! I am so happy that I decided to use a credit card for the initial purchase that I planned on closing out, be, cause I would not trust these people to have my credit card number. I've heard other horror stories from people where they tried to cancel, and they still just send them the product and charged it to their card, or other situations where their card got charged, and they never received the product!

It went really well the first couple months. But the last order was screwed up by them. I did click the button that asked to discuss a lower dose because I'm getting closer to my goal and I wanted to find out about microdosing. Because of that they automatically reduced my dose from 7.5 to 5 and charged me $598 for 1 month. I'm never using them again. I contacted them immediately and they could not change the order. I had a receipt showing that I bought a month of 7.5 but they still sent out a lesser dose and I ended up paying outrageous. It always got more and more every time. I will find a new pharmacy. Plus they text you every week to find out how you're doing but it's not really a person it's AI they cannot even keep up with your weight and when you're stuck they just keep telling you it'll get better later which it does not. Find out more reputable pharmacy if you're smart. I won't use them again.

I had an easy first time ordering, however this time reordering it's been longer than 48 hours which it states 24-48 hours for a reply back so that's very disappointing but otherwise I feel better than I have in a long time! Also if you're going to take longer than 48 hours to reply you should not be charging customers until a reply is given because you mess peoples credit cards up when bills are due and we don't know if it's going to be approved or not and some people like myself pay off their cards monthly

I'm very happy with OrderlyMeds. The process was easy. I like that I get weekly text messages asking about how I'm doing and requesting a weight update. I'm getting ready for my 8th weekly shot. The meds do work. I'm not hungry all the time, I eat less. After 8 weeks, I'm at a loss of 11.5 pounds.

I would give 0 stars if possible. I ordered the 3 month supply. I had a severe reaction and there was nothing customer service could do. I had taken zepbound with excellent results and no reaction. I decided to try the compound to try to save money. You get what you pay for. It was definitely not as effective as zepbound. On zepbound I lost 1-2 lbs per week. For 2 weeks of the compound I didn't lose any weight and I had a reaction to whatever is mixed in. Be careful before ordering.

Company claims to sell compounded glp1 drugs, but medication has no effect compared to prior medically identical treatment.
Customer service will not resolve it with sending an effective drug or placing a refund and will now have to escalate to CC company to get a refund.
Unfortunately this business turned out to be a scam. Go elsewhere for your glp1 needs.

I switched to Orderly Meds back Dec 2026 from another provider. The reviews had looked promising at the time, and while my original Rx from the 1st provider was great, their Medical team calendars and scheduling were tricky - booked months out. So I switched, thinking I'd want quarterly check-ins to track progress.
Both providers issued semaglutide compounds - 1.5 mg. Having used for a bit, I still decided to be conservative with my first dose given the new Rx.
I got so, so sick. Not for 24-48 hrs - this took me out for 4-5 days of not being able to keep down food or liquids. I took Zofran (from my provider, not OM) and sent my Dr's list of questions to the Medchat, which they don't seem to read.
My Dr is not really supporting my continued use, but advised if anything that I cut in half. I take a half dose 3 more times and have the usual day or two of nausea - but not 4-5 days. I'm updating Medchat with my symptoms, all while receiving nonstop sales calls, texts and emails to "check-in". (Hint - these are sales people wanting to upsell you.)
Cut to March, and I'm suddenly sick again with the exact same feeling as week 1. It felt like a bad 4-5 day flu and I'm not even at 50% of the recommended dosage.
I write back into Medchat (as I have been since Dec 28) while dodging their sales calls and they tell me to schedule a Dr visit, which I do immediately - it's about two weeks out.
An OM Dr must've read the chat and he tells me to stop taking the meds, that he'll prescribe tirz instead and that they'll likely refund / credit a portion of the order as I'd used half of the first vial - the other two are still sealed and unused.
I cannot take the OM meds and will likely get this tested. Perfect Rx shows as pharmacy.
Orderly Meds management, please refund Order #714077 for the $310.00 if you stand behind your product. Your own Medical team, in conjunction with my Dr, said that there is something in this compound that I’m unable to process.

Not impressed. Took over a week to process my initial order. Receive multiple "check-in" texts but when I mention side effects I'm told to contact a different area of the site. Why do they do these check ins? Asked about the status of the next shipment of tirzepatide because I paid for 3 months in advance, but told I need to contact a different area of the site. Someone called me to discuss my side effects, and I was told that they could probably prescribe me Zoloft for my symptoms, but only after I contact a different area of the site. I honestly don't even know if I got legitimate product since I've only lost 5 lbs after 4 weeks.
