I ordered from B&q on the 4november s…

I ordered from B&q on the 4november s said prompt delivery today is 14 November still no delivery called because I had received notice saying goods would be delivered 11/11/25 between 3.30 and 5,30 nothing delivered called said delivery failed my I had been in that apartment until 6oclock no one came B&Q SORRY but that’s no good sorry only a word absolutely disgraceful service not caring for the customers from B&Q would not recommend ordering anything from that company
