Every one of these positive reviews are FAKE! This company is a scam. They put phone numbers out on the internet that say they are for the actual airlines' call centers, but they are NOT! They will answer as if they are the airline, and then charge you a fee for changing or canceling a flight, but they don't do ANYTHING and your money will be lost. I had to dispute this with my credit card, and it took months to get my money back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! SCAMMERS!

Mr. Clark is a World Class representative. Mr. Clark fixed what Expedia messed it up big time. I was frustrared when I called and I was blessed enough to get Mr Clark to help me. He took my situation like it was his, took leadership to resolve my sitiation. He was professional, enthusiam,amazimg and willing to help. His work ethic speak for itself. Please recognize Mr. Clark for his hard work and passion to help customers. Leaders like him most definately deserve a promotion.

At first I wasn’t happy after hearing how much I had to pay the difference of the transferred voucher ticket price but the agent was able to find tickets at a more reasonable cheaper price.

David Williams provided customer service for an Air Canada booking on 2 days (May 11 & 16) under the same booking number. (On May 13, Air Canada refused to allow me to board my flight because I had only my Enhanced NY drivers license, after I had been assured that the document was sufficient.) David provided service at the highest level of courtesy and efficiency on both occasions. I am a very satisfied customer of ORB Tickets.

Johnny was exceptional in handling a very complex situation. Our flight was changed and our tickets did not move to the revised flight. Johnny patiently and diligently worked to correct and straighten out the situation. He got us rebooked on the same flight as our 3 children in the seats we wanted. Our heartfelt thanks to him. We would appreciate you bestowing some recognition for his tremendous service to your company!

Senon showed great patience, knowledge, and was courteous and helpful. He was specifically helpful with a name change and upgrade on two separate accounts which were quite complicated to merge. I even learned something new on my phone!!

Nelson is incredible! So helpful and spent at least 1.5 hours on me with the phone to figure out a complex cancellation. Thank you for all your help!

The one thing I am frustrated by is that JetBlue charges a large ($200) cancellation fee (ticket fee was $217). Nelson helped bring the price down but I am very unhappy with JetBlue and will be in contact with them.
