This is not normal
Extremely disappointing and poor quality.
The battery life is nowhere near what is advertised. It is supposed to last up to 6 hours, but it doesn’t even make it to 3 hours, let alone six. The heating feature becomes useless because the battery dies so quickly.
The build quality is terrible. The stitching on the sides of the sleeves is already opening, and the inner wool/filling is coming out like the jacket is falling apart after minimal use. This is unacceptable for a product at this price.
The power button is a complete mess. After turning the jacket off, it often refuses to turn back on. I have to unplug and plug it into the power bank again and again, wait several minutes, and press the button countless times until it randomly works once. Sometimes it doesn’t turn on at all. And yes, I know you’re supposed to hold the button for 3 seconds — the issue is clearly the button itself.
For 150€, this level of quality is honestly shocking. Weak battery, faulty button, and bad stitching. Definitely not worth the money and not something I would recommend.
So, I bought a heated cropped style pink jacket from them in November. Their website claims they process orders in about 12 days and then ship them.
I contacted them on November 30th; still hadn't shipped and couldn't or wouldn't give me an estimate of when it would ship.
Contacted them again in mid December, a month after I ordered and it still hadn't shipped and couldn't or wouldn't give me an estimate of when it would ship.
I contacted them a third time in early January and that time they didn't even bother to reply.
Finally I contacted them the fourth and final time in early January to tell them I no longer believed they had any intention of shipping my purchase and that if I didn't hear from them in a week I would be contesting the credit card charge.
No response.
I was very excited about the jacket and immensely disappointed. They didn't even try to make it right.
Think they are a scam.
I ordered a jacket on October 17 2025. Now it is December 1 and the Jacket still hasn‘t arrived. On Oct. 28 I was told that the delivery is delayed be two weeks. In Nov. 18 Mont Gerrard Support said that it got delayed by another two weeks and offered me to cancel the order. I did and asked for a confirmation and refund two times since then. No reply whatsoever. This is the worst customer service I have experienced.
Ordered my heated coat the 9th of August and still did not received anything. After the first email I got a reaction the coat would arrive in the warehouse that week and they would ship it. Didn’t received anything. After a couple of weeks I send another email that I would like to cancel. No response. I just have send another email and hope for my money back…
I love my jacket! Bought it in extra long, is super warm, never freezing again! Zipper could be a bit more high quality for that prize and cable for power bank was never working to begin with, but other than that awesome jacket!
