Ordered 3 women’s fragrances
Ordered 3 women’s fragrances, 2 women’s came and 1 men’s by mistake which was not acceptable and was cheaper than the one I ordered . Rang the no. From the website didn’t work, Emailed and messaged the company and still they have not replied which is not acceptable. The 3rd fragrance that was not delivered was for a present so had to purchase else where. Also keep getting a reminder to put a review on the one fragrance, how can I do that when I never received it.Received reply today 11.04.25 waiting for missing perfume to be posted

Genuine products but Bad service
Genuine company and genuine products.
Faced long delay due to lost package (or that's what i was told). Once i reached out to them via email showing dissatisfaction with the service, they resolved it immediately and sent out new package the next day. But all and all you gotta make some compromises you if you want to get products in best price out there, i guess

Took 2 weeks to deliver my order
I cannot recommend this company to anyone unless you like to wait for your order longer than the time something arrives from the far east. Website says items are dispatched within 24 hours, definitely not the case.
Also, I called their business number and was put on hold for over 50 minutes and still no one answered the call. I hung up, only to find I racked up a bill of over £45 which was higher than the cost of my order.
I've also sent two emails requesting the status of my order and still no reply.
Place your order with a more reputable company. Don't waste your time with Opulensi.

Great service from opulensi. Ordered two lattafa perfumes. One was yara and the other was amethyst and they were both genuine. Smelt divine and stayed on for ages. I originally found them on Debenhams website but placed me second order on their website directly.
