I have not received my item. I ordered on 6th October and my estimated delivery was 9th Oct. I ordered 60£ worth of products. I have sent multiple emails to your company for my order status and for refund as well but so far not a single response. Please give my refund, if you are not interested to ship the items.

Ordered 5 perfumes for myself and gifts. Arrive promptly and smell Devine. I’ve ordered from here before they do amazing Arab perfumes. Highly recommend! I will be ordering again very soon as I received a discount code for my loyalty - thank you!

Worst service ever and I lost my money from them. It took them forever to receive a return code from them, i sent my parcel, but I have still paid for the product yet no refund confirmation nothing and it’s been over a month, I ALSO HAD TO PAY £6 TO SHIP THE PRODUCT BACK! I have lost money and I don’t even have the perfume, so what was the point of returning it, it’s either i get my money back or at least have the perfume back? Disgraceful Service, i expect a compensation.

I bought one perfume from superdrug but apparently the supllier is this store (opulensi)!!this seller who claims they only sell authentic products. While the box looks original, the perfume itself is counterfeit. The spray mechanism is clearly adulterated, and the scent does not match the genuine version.

This means the seller is lying about authenticity. Very disappointing and unacceptable. I cannot recommend this seller.

Still haven’t received my order yet worst company do not recommend and was asked to change the review so I can get my parcel this is absolutely disgusting service

I didn't think the product was as good as the write up

I have been trying to contact them for ages, email and phone even whatsapp contact with debenhams so that I can return my package as the person didn’t want this perfume anymore. No response and no customer service at all, I need my money back ASAP

I received my order on the 12th July and I opened my package and found that one of the perfumes was broken and it was empty.

Sent them an email that same day. Didn’t get a response till I wrote a review on TrustPilot on 16th July.

I deleted my review hoping they would come through with a new perfume for me, as they said they would.

I am yet to receive a reply about my new perfume and I keep getting emails to review my order. When I have sent them so many emails asking when I would receive my new perfume.

I just want a refund now of the perfume that broke and was empty.

I will never buy from them again as I can see they only respond once they receive a bad review.

They don’t care about customer experience, they just don’t want to look bad.

I was asked to remove my review before being sent a replacement for a product I already paid for.

I’m genuinely appalled by the audacity of this request. No customer should be expected to edit or delete honest feedback just to receive what they’re owed.

I have now requested for a refund.

I strongly urge anyone considering a purchase from Opulensi to think twice. This experience has been deeply disappointing, and the way it’s been handled is unacceptable.

Very quick delivery of the items I ordered. Delivered before I was expecting them. All round a very good delivery service. Also the items were in good condition when arrived. So pretty happy with the all round service received. Also very reasonably priced items.

The courier delivered my parcel to the wrong house.
I emailed Opulensi and explained,showing photo evidence of my address..
They looked into the matter right away and have re sent my items.

The perfume which I bought is just ok not bad, delivery service was not good didn't arrived on time took one full week to get a parcel in UK.

Amazing smelling oud. Will mostly buy from here now. Delivery times are really good as well.

A lovely scent at an affordable price, well packaged, though dispatch was a bit slow, hence only 4 stars

Ordered Najdia unisex perfume. Beautiful fragrance, and great price.
Had to wait a little while for the package to arrive, hence 4 star.

Item ordered as a gift, then being told by the company the item has been lost in post with no alternative available. Taken 1 week to receive refund back after sending several email. Rather shop elsewhere
