Five-Star Service from Nwachukwu

I had an excellent experience with Nwachukwu in Technical Support. I needed to transfer account ownership for our plugin, a process that can often be complicated. Nwachukwu made it simple by offering clear verification steps and was very prompt in all his responses. He ensured the process was completed successfully, confirming the new owner and access details. The issue was resolved quickly, and he was a pleasure to work with!

Good Customer Support. Platform a bit hard to use.

The platform is a little hard to use, but their customer service is very responsive, and they were able to answer all of my questions. I appreciate that Mustafa sent me videos to explain things.

Feedback overall: It's hard to find the way to submit a ticket on the website. As a user, you're constantly directed to help articles that are way too general. Struggled to find the right link to submit a ticket -- you could streamline the process, since you have to click on 'Get Help Now', then 'Submit a ticket' (which brings you back to speaking with the bot, and doesn't easily pass you over to a human), and then you have to click on 'Create a support ticket' to find the form that will send an email to a human.

Optinmonster is a pretty useful tool & has great support!!

Optinmonster is a pretty useful tool. I like how customizable it is, which is especially helpful bc we have a custom site. Sometimes I do need support's help when things get finicky but they're always really helpful and quick to respond. Like I worked with Erica and Nwachukwu recently and they both sent super helpful recordings with voiceovers that helped me solve my issue very clearly.
