Beautiful photo book
Beautiful photo book, Excellent quality, received it in less than a week. I have made several photo books with Optimalprint in the past few years and have never really experienced a problem creating the book. This time however I left the front cover photo till last as I wasn't sure which photo to use. So I basically designed the whole book and then no matter what I tried including several chats with the support team I was not able to add a photo to the front cover and was told I needed to do it at the beginning of my project. Extremely frustrating as I literally had been working on the book for months and now had to start from scratch. Luckily I had the sense to take a photo of every page I created which then saved me a bit of time deciding again which photos to put where - I just kept referring back to my original layout. Anyway, lesson has been learnt. I am extremely happy with the end result!
I also wish there was a way of deleting unwanted photos from the library.

I worried about the quality of these cards because the price was so much cheaper than other companies but they are great. Good color, quality paper, relatively fast production. I highly recommend this company!

The print had a blue cast in it the wasn't in the image print. Also canvas prints look better if the edges are filled in and not left white.

Really disappointing :-( used one of…
Really disappointing :-( used one of the Optimal Prints photos to print a canvas-the tail and the nose of the whale shark was wrapped around the frame (so missing when looked at front on) when you adjust the sizes on the website it actually adjusts the print to make sure this doesn’t happen-I had ordered the larger size.
I’d like to order the print if it were adjusted but instead I’m told, with ease that they’ll refund me. Is there any way of fixing the print instead?

Customised mug
I designed a customised mug. Process was easy. Price was just about reasonable, shipping was £4.99. The problem was, the mug was severely damaged on delivery. I know these things can happen, but in my opinion the packaging it came in was inadequate. Single ply cardboard isn’t up to the job when Evri get their hands on your delivery.

High quality photo prints in sizes few others can offer.
I found the website easy to use, and the 'discounted' price for printing was reasonable. Although more straightforward and transparent pricing would make me more inclined to use Optimalprint again.
The actual quality of the photo printing at 50 x 50 was excellent, and the packaging ensured the prints arrived in perfect condition, and on the date promised for delivery. Would recommend.
