Absolutely terrible the pictures we put on our order didn't look like what we got Missing one picture and in the middle was all our pictures mushed together. It's like nobody even looked at what was being printed. Not worth what we paid very disappointed and will not come back.

Quality t shirt and a great all round service
Found Optimalprint online as I wanted a personalised t shirt for my son’s first birthday and the website was very user friendly and prices so reasonable. Also it was on a white background, the front picture was meant to be on the left.

Excellent quality, super quick service. When I first created the order I realised that I had left out the RSVP details and dietary requirements. You can cancel your order within 30 minutes which I was extremely grateful for. Received the refund, created a new order and I'm a very satisfied customer.

I was expecting something more polished, I paid the extra for HD and the photo's looked lack lustre. It will do on this occassion but am glad I hadn't paid over £100 which apparently was the normal price. It came to me as you said, very quick but would have sacrificed some of that time for better quality. EN

Unfortunately I received only part of…
Unfortunately I received only part of my order which was a big dissapointment and let down impacting on what i had planned for my big day. The part of the order which was delivered was delivered on time and the product was as i envisioned...its the delivery of an incomplete order which was a let down and not sure what went wrong and its difficult to communicate with the company to find out what happened and how it can be resolved as limited to discussion with AI
