They lied about everything. I paid £500 + £100 VAT after being told they could recover 90%+ of my data. In reality, only about 55–60% was recovered, and important files they confirmed as recovered were missing. A refund was refused; instead, I was asked to delete or rewrite my review. Another recovery lab later recovered 100% of my data. I strongly do not recommend this service for important data.
Service took place in 2024 — the platform only allowed selecting 2025.”

Optima have been my godsend go to computer / iPhone support. Krish and the team have never not resolved an issue and give me 100% peach of mind

Been using these guys for a few years to manage our WiFi extenders. I don’t have cause really to have many dealings, but this week the EE router broke and I couldn’t get the replacement to work. I called Krish in desperation and he popped round almost immediately and fixed it. Thats the 2nd time he’s bailed me out this year and service like this is so uncommon nowadays hence this 5* review. A really great local company!

I asked them for 1 key repair, and they said no, and then I asked if I bought the parts, and they did it, but they didn't want to, and they couldn't. Crazy because I even offered money to just put it on. This is crazy!!! I offered to just go there with my parts so they could just put it on, but no, not today. I have to search it on the internet how to do it and probably break it.

Optima have always been able to sort out all my problems

My old PC was ten years old. I enquired with Optima (Nick) as to purchasing a replacement.
Nick was very helpful in suggesting a replacement that would suit all my needs.
Nick and Sam set everything up and within a week I was up and running on my new machine.
The service was second to none. I would highly recommend them. It is not the first time I have used Optima and it wont be the last.

I sent my son’s PC to Optima computers to fix the issue. The staff were very helpful. Problem resolved and my son was very happy. Great and quick service. Thanks to Optima Computers. Very satisfied with the service.

Contacted Optima Computers regarding my laptop that had battery, fan and storage issues. Brought it in and left it in the very capable hand of Sam who diagnosed the problems, ordered the parts and successfully carried out the full repair. I was kept well informed throughout. When I went to collect it and mentioned other app issues (which were unrelated to the repair), Nick and Sam went above and beyond to make sure all issues were resolved. They did an incredible job on the repair and now my laptop feels brand new again! On top of all that, they are all genuinely lovely people and I will not hesitate to reach out to them or recommend them for any and all future tech issues.

Optima have been supporting me for 13 years. They're always really quick and get all things sorted. Krish was great today dealing with an Outlook issue. I would definitely recommend them to others...

They are always polite and reassuring and the latest 'scare' we had involving possible virus infection was speedily dealt with. No job is too small .We thoroughly recommend them !

Had a small problem with laptop. Optima came to the rescue immediately. Always so helpful and professional.

Excellent service. My laptop was repaired and even given a clean and polish. I would definitely recommend Optima Computers.

On very recently replacing my laptop and buying this and a Blue Ray/DVD writer from them they did everything needed including a home visit to set up a new wi-fi router to a printer, television and laptop, etc. All problems are solved quickly with my email to them followed by remote access to my computer or home visit if needed. They are friendly and very professional and I feel confident.

An absolutely wonderful experience dealing with Krish and the team at Optima computers. Nothing was too much trouble, and they helped me through a major difficulty on Microsoft, which they solved with these. Highly recommended.
