Ignored my emails and my problem
I am their regular customer, but the first time I had a problem (a faulty key) I contacted them and they didn't help me, they ignored my emails for a couple of days. So far, a bad rating, and if it happens again, we will not cooperate with them again.
Edit 1: You never sent me a replacement key (I contacted you from two different email addresses), nor did you at any point ask for my WhatsApp number. I wouldn’t be leaving reviews here for no reason.

We have replied to every single message he sent. Our conversation is +12 message up to now. We have sent him replacement key. He asked and we have sent again. We asked for contact over WhatsApp as it looks like the messages aren't reaching him. We provided a proof that the replacement key is working fine with official manufacturer checker. We sent a reply showing attachments as a proof we replied with a replacement not once but twice. But looks like it's all not enough for some reason. Like he said, he has been our client for long time and with the first problem we get a bad review! Anyway, we have sent a replacement twice, apology and a proof key are working fine so we have no idea could we have done more

It took a little time to receive the key..
It took a little time to receive the key. That being said, I ordered the key at about 11pm and received it at about 9am the next day so it wasn't a problem. And the pricing is absolutely amazing.

Bought a key didn't get it
Bought a key didn't get it. When I showed proof of giving them money via ideal it wasn't enough.
In the end PayPal did pay me back. So the 1 star goes to 3. Not great, not terrible

Quick response from the servers. Money was deducted and I got my key in a few seconds. Entered the key and in a few seconds windows was activated before I received the mail from them. I will definitely get more keys from them.
