All good, product delivered as expected. Good company with really good price

Very lousy service, be very careful when ordering here, they try to catch you with cheap prices, when they cannot deliver. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
I ordered tires at Oponeo that were available in two price ranges, the cheaper ones that took 3 days of delivery (most probably also with an older DOT code but I don't mind) and more expensive ones that took 1-2 days of delivery. The day after I ordered and paid, I received a call that the tires I ordered were not available anymore and they could offer me other brands (which were clearly midsize brands and not the premium brand I ordered). When I challenged them by requesting to send me the exact same tires that are still available with the faster delivery time, they came up with a non-excuse about a different warehouse and shipping costs. They insisted to just cancel the order.
It is not my problem that they cannot deliver the tire I clearly could order on the website for the cheaper price, when the exact same tire is available with faster delivery. It is their mistake and they should at least offer me the tire with faster delivery for the same price.
I haven't received my money back yet!

I’ve had the worst experience with this company. They promise a 2–3 day delivery on their website, yet it took a full nine days for my order to arrive. Unfortunately, the wheels I received caused vibrations, and two separate service centers confirmed there is an issue. When I tried to return them, it took a week just for the company to pick them up for a check.

Now I’ve been waiting for over a month for them to inspect the wheels, and I’m left with neither a refund nor the wheels themselves—right in the middle of January, when I need them the most. Looks like a robbery

This is by far the most disappointing service I have ever encountered, and I wouldn’t recommend doing business with them to anyone

Wortless company with worthless customer service, waiting 2 months now for my tires.

So effectively they stole 500 euro from me.

After I post this, oponeo will say they cannot do anything without the order number. But this is just to cover their ass, giving an order number will not help me.

Terrible service. Bought tires with 4-5 days delivery, but after 3rd day I did not even receive tracking number. Contacted Customer Service for number of consecutive days and had the same answer "we have sent email to our supplier and now we need to wait for answer"..ridiculous! All my appointments for fitting the tires are gone. Now, after 2 weeks I am waiting 2nd day for GLS delivery since they decided not to send any information regarding delivery date and time. Terrible experience overall. Stay away!

Bought a couple tires with an installation service nearby. The tires got shipped but the installation service is closed but someone accepted the delivery.

Now my order is in limbo, I tried to cancel it but they claim I cannot because the tires haven't been delivered.

I received tyres very fast ,in 2 working days and the DOT from them it was from the same year.Also when I speak at the phone it was very friendly and helpful, actually that's why I choose to buy from them .Also I try to speak with operator from other company and was not so friendly. I RECOMMEND 100%

Overall I feel very disappointed. I chose this website because they guaranteed delivery within 2 business days, on the fifth day I contacted the seller and in their reply they said that the order had been shipped but they did not have the option to provide the tracking number, which for me was simply a lie.... A week has passed and the contact has been cut off. they do not respond to emails... which is a pitiful approach to the customer. I chose this website because of the "fast delivery". I emphasize that it was not the cheapest offer, but I needed it quickly.... maybe it's a separate case, but I will never choose this company again.....

From order to delivery took almost a week not 1-2 days as they assured on the website. I understand that we have times of ecology and the courier delivers packages on foot, but that 122km took as much as a week I am shocked.

The garage used a full atomatic tyre machine, PLUS it is 3cm from the side! And still this fake company blames it it on them. Watch out people.

Ordered 4x Goodyear F1 A5 tyres, delivered tires that are not in bad quality. Car begins to shake in 50, 90 and 110km/h+. Did 4 times balancing at 3 garages. Still did not fix the issue, car still shakes at 110km/h and up. Contacted customer service and was asked to provide a full report of the balancing machine which it was done a few weeks ago. I had to go to the garage again and this time with the report of the Hunter 3D balancing machine and additional 3D alignment (spent again 135 euros). The result found that the rear tires are both outside of the limit resulting in a road force of 160N. Share the pictures and results back, no reply from customer service claims. So is there really a garantee? In total only to find out the issue, balancing cost me already more than 300 euros...

Not delivered on the time how is on description on web site. Days 2-3 work days is delivery, but come after 5 working days and i must cancel apointment for tyres putnih on car.

Bought a set of Nankang NS-2R semi slick tires on tuesday afternoon. On the website it said 2-3 days for delivery. Ended up being deliverd one week later.
Paid a premium price for the tires to be deliverd before friday. Multiple phone calls and never received a track & trace either. Would not buy again.
