Good Quick service. Tyres arrived in 2.5 days

I’m not satisfied how the things is going with my Oder. Tires and price was good. But when I choose installation point for delivery things come not in the way it should work. In my opinion. 1. When I call installation point that sad that they don’t work with oponeo. But delivery was on their address. 2. I call to customer service they recommend me to install tires in other point - 25 km from my house. 3 opined can’t change delivery point to my house or t another installation point. So I need to go to to installation point pick my tires and then try to call another installation point to get appointment for changing. And it’s on25 km from my house. 4. Last one - when I come to pick my tires on that installation point that delivery was, tires was on their address ground in front of building. So I think no body check them when they was delivered. If something was broken. Who would be responsible for this? And when I come inside of the service- nobody was there - so I pick nut tires and go away. But if it was as not me? If it was somebody else who can esealy still the tires that coast 600 euros. I think it not ok. So if opineo read this you need to do something with this kind of things. Installation points must be checked…

I've ordered tires three times so far, and delivery is always fast and accurate. I recommend oponeo.nl. They're simply well-organized.

2-3 days delivery time on website but I receive it in 6 days also my package got lost was not showing in the DPD system had to make calls to figure out what's going on

Complete waste of time. I ordered two tires, and one of them has a 4-5 working day delivery, which was okay to me. However, we are currently at the end of the 6th working day and still have no update. I messaged them on the 5th day, and they apologized, but still no update.

I have only one tire, which doesn't make sense at all, and I have to return it because I'm going to miss my track day due to this issue. Returning will also cost, as they do not offer a free return service. And their whole system is outdated. There is no account that I can follow to place my order; I can only email them. The entire return procedure requires filling out a physical form.

Make sure i get brand new!! But i got 2025 tyres so all good and the price was cheaper then anywhere else online by big amount… and shipment was like 3 work days

I wanted the tyre to arrive in two days so I paid extra, and it came after three. It sounds silly, but I really wanted the two days because I couldn't replace it afterwards.

Order #164638993 for a single Hankook for Tesla. I received a faulty tire that was discovered by the installer, but since the old tire was unrepairable and the new tire's fault was not critical, I proceeded to install it.

I opened a warranty claim and attached a video showing the problem. I expected a swift resolution from OPONEO by sending a new tier and returning old one. Instead, I was dealing with the most annoying support people ever.

OPONEO asked to return the tire for "factory testing," which can take up to 60 days. In the meantime, no spare tire will be supplied to the customer.

Testing tires on customers (time) expense is unacceptable.

Saving 5 euros compared to other online tire shops is not worth it when you have to deal with such an incompetent aftersales, and this was the last time I purchased anything from Oponeo.nl

Worst company , delivery 2-3 days they says and I was waiting over 2weeks !!! One band with damage!! Never again !!!

Tragedy. I paid more specifically to get the tires faster. I've been calling for two days asking where my tires are. No one can answer. First and last time I've ordered from this site.

They don't think along. I bought new tires and 3 months later I went on vacation by car. 1 of the tires just popped on the way back. I made pictures and movies but I couldn't take along the tire because the car was full with vacation supplies. They just tell me they need the tire. They do everything just to reassure they don't have to pay. Thank god we stopped in time otherwise we would have been in a very bad accident. If I could give 0 stars I would have.
