Sooo easy!! But the app desperately needs an option to pay out the outstanding amount!!!!

I made 2 transactions at 2 separate times each a day apart to complete a purchase for shoes through sports power that did not go through due to an apparent error
They took my money both times I rang up and was told I would be refunded 24 hours later
I still have not received my refunded they then took my spending limit down as though the plan /purchase went through and both times did not receive my shoes
Lengthy waiting time to talk to customer service and was put in hold for over an hour to be told they can't do anything there trying to fix it
Well I'm still out of pocket and have not received my product
I was also told the second plan would go through that afternoon and I could pick my shoes up but it did not still nothing still out of pocket so angry

Love this app. Don’t have to touch my savings.

openpay keeps me informed on what is happening and when money is due so I dont forget

I love Openpay.. The fact that it's not just a pay in 4 installments is awesome and helpful if needed.. I never skip or defer payments and always pay on or before time.. I have never had an issue.. my only issue is self control at Bunnings.. I love that place! 😁💕🌱🌻🔧🔨🎁

Absolute terrible customer service..
After completing 5 plans with them and always paid out early they didn't want to give me a 6th plan so I went with ZIP Pay..
Dealing with customer service is almost as bad as eBay.. Both companies employ muppets that have No Idea what is going on and are absolutely useless and no help.. I might as well have banged my head against a brick wall because the experience was the same..

Found it easy to apply. The only issue I had was when I tried to up my limit I couldn't even tho all my payment came out on time.

Used this company twice, and always paid my account off. Then all of a sudden spending limit went to 0. Would not recommend, leaves you embarrassed at the counter for no good reason.
