“ To OpenCare Support,

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the handling of my gift card claim and to demand immediate resolution.

My documentation was submitted at the beginning of September, and I was advised that processing would take approximately 30 days. It is now October 9, and I have received no proactive communication, no meaningful status update, and no resolution. I have been left to repeatedly follow up on a process that should have been completed by now.

What makes this particularly unacceptable is that I have had to resubmit my paperwork three separate times because I was repeatedly told the documentation was incorrect, despite receiving the paperwork directly from the dental provider you connected me with. Having to go through this process repeatedly, only to be met with continued silence, demonstrates a troubling lack of organization, accountability, and customer service.

Furthermore, the experience with the dental provider arranged through OpenCare has only compounded my concerns. The Dental Studio has repeatedly contacted me to pursue additional services, while OpenCare has made no comparable effort to communicate with me about the claim that remains outstanding. The contrast between the persistent solicitation of additional business and the complete lack of follow-through on your end is deeply concerning.

Frankly, the combination of repeated documentation issues, an extended processing timeline, a complete lack of proactive communication, and persistent calls from the dental provider has made this experience feel increasingly deceptive. The fact that OpenCare maintains a support article specifically titled “Is This a Scam?” only reinforces how damaging this kind of experience can be to a customer’s trust in your service. I am not making a definitive accusation, but I am explaining exactly why your handling of this situation has left me questioning the legitimacy and integrity of the process.

I chose to use OpenCare in good faith. Instead of a straightforward experience connecting with a dentist and receiving the promised incentive, I have spent weeks chasing a claim, resubmitting documentation that came directly from the provider, and receiving no meaningful communication. I deeply regret using your service, and this experience has significantly undermined my confidence in OpenCare.

I am requesting that you take the following actions immediately:

1. Locate and review my existing claim and all documentation previously submitted.
2. Process my claim and issue the promised gift card without further unnecessary delays.
3. If you believe anything remains outstanding, identify the exact requirement in writing and explain why the documentation supplied directly by the dental provider has been deemed insufficient on three separate occasions.
4. Provide written confirmation of the claim’s status, the specific steps being taken to resolve it, and the expected date of fulfillment.

I have already allowed the approximately 30-day processing period you communicated, and I have repeatedly cooperated with your requests for documentation. I will not continue indefinitely resubmitting paperwork or chasing updates for an incentive I was told I would receive.

Please escalate this matter to a supervisor or the appropriate team responsible for claim fulfillment. I expect a substantive written response and a concrete resolution, not another generic acknowledgment or an open-ended request to wait.

This experience has been unnecessarily frustrating, and OpenCare needs to take responsibility for resolving it.

Hands down, the best dental visit I’ve ever had! Every member of the staff was courteous, polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and, most importantly, honest. What really stood out to me was how efficient and well-organized the entire office was. From start to finish, everything was handled professionally and smoothly.
