I'm very happy with my Roland digital piano and the service I received from Oostendorp Muziek.

I had spent the previous three weeks dealing with Bax Shop regarding their lowest-price guarantee but eventually lost patience with their slow and sloppy customer service and looked elsewhere.

To my surprise, the piano was 100 EUR cheaper at Oostendorp and in stock and ordered it immediately. I had a bit of trouble with the iDEAL payment on the website so had to transfer the money via my bank. Oostendorp contacted me within a couple of hours to confirm receipt of the transfer and by the end of the day I received a tracking number.

The piano arrived next day as promised and plays beautifully.

If I was pushed to find anything negative, I would say that GLS - the carrier used in this case - are not the best. They did not provide an estimated delivery time slot, and they did not offer to help me carry the 45 kilo package the 10 meter distance from the street to my front door. Also the piano was transported vertically despite the packaging clearly warning it must be always be kept horizontal. Fortunately the key-bed seems to have survived without any damage.

Anyway, these are criticisms of GLS. Oostendorp themselves I cannot fault.

We ordered as simple black piano stool which arrived one day later. I asked for delivery feedback after the order and received a response immediately. Service is good and price is right.

The Beethoven storage music bench arrived withing 2 days of order. The bench is well-made, well-finished, and is classically designed. The mechanism for adjustment is strong and excellent quality.

There was, however, a small scratch in the leatherette when it arrived which must have occured in transport which was disappointing. Other than this small fault, it is excellent value for the price compared to other dealers.
