DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!

I had 3 packages that I ordered through Vinted to be dropped off at the Liffey Street location. I got a notification from UPS telling me that the delivery was refused and the package is now being returned to sender. It completely negates the whole point of using this service if the packages are unable to be delivered. I can see from other reviews that this issue comes up a lot but OOHPOD avoid responsibility and clearly haven't made changes to improve the service. Save yourself the hassle and avoid!

I completely understand how you might feel that we are avoiding responsibility, but I’d like to clarify that the only part of the process we oversee is the locker drop-off and pickup. I have used OohPod 5+ times, will use again

I have received from OohPod 5+ times. It works as expected, a remote delivery location you can attend to in your own time.

I have an issue but it is with Amazon not OohPod. Amazon are not training their drivers on the use of these types of services, NOVICE delivery driver calling me asking how to use it. They were able to store and use OohPod without issue. I think that is as good as it gets for a usability test.

Poor service

Poor service
The box is always busy for weeks and many parcels are returned to the seller. I paid but at the ends I never used because I have to get my parcels in far away locations where the carrier leaves the box not delivered.

They closed one of the lockers without…

They closed one of the lockers without giving any prior notice during a busy period, when I have several parcels on the way. I received an automated email at midnight:"...We wanted to share an important update with you. As part of a network reorganisation, the OOHPod parcel locker at LIDL Ballyvolane is being removed. If you have any parcels on the way, please be sure to notify the courier to redirect."
These decisions are not made on the spot, some prior notice would be appreciated, especially coming up to Christmas.
They still list that location as active for deliveries on their website, providing misleading information.

Poor experience but ended good

Had a delivery issue with this company. After several emails and calls the issue was eventually fixed with great customer service in the end. If i was to shop on line again I'd still use oohpod but won't be buying goods online anymore

A secure and reliable service

A secure and reliable service, no more worries about where my deliveries have ended up. Once when the locker popped open and my package wasn’t there, I scanned the code which took me to WhatsApp and a quick message popped open the correct locker. 10/10 would recommend.

Reused delivery - no notification

Parcel was refused delivery twice at Spar Liffey Street locker despite being within the size limits. I received no notification of this failed delivery from Oohpod. Fortunately I had tracking information from the sender so I was able to locate the parcel at the depot, but this was a huge waste of time and very poor service from Oohpod.
