Easy and Practical

Oohpod has been a really convenient way to receive my parcels. I like that I can pick them up anytime with just a QR code, and the lockers feel secure. Notifications are usually prompt, and pickup is quick and easy. I've had a couple of minor delays, but overall, it's made online deliveries much smoother. Definitely handy if you're not home during the day.

Disappointing

Impossible to know for sure if the item will be stored in a locker or in a store close to the locker (which is not opened 7/24 - but dont worry, you are being charged anyway - Mistakes happen and I decided not to give up and to give the business a second chance, but I struggled each time to get my items (one time, no code was generated for the locker, another time my items were delivered to the closest shop without notice, resulting in useless trips to their location) - their lockers are opened 24/7 but their support line is not, so dont expect to receive any help if you go to collect OOH - Finally, it is good to know that they increased their prices, so expect to be charged at least 12€ to have one parcel for one week in a locker...

Our pricing hasn’t increased—in fact, we recently introduced discounted bundle packages, which means you can now use our lockers for as little as €2.37 for a 48-hour period.
Charges are applied every 48 hours, and we clearly communicate this in our terms. If you ever feel you’ve been charged in error, please don’t hesitate to contact our customer service team—we’ll be happy to investigate and issue a refund if appropriate.
While our customer service is not available 24/7, our team is here to help six days a week: Monday to Friday from 9am to 7pm and Saturdays from 9am to 3pm.
Please note that OOHPod is not a parcel carrier. We provide the locker network used by various delivery companies. While we can’t control the actions of individual drivers, we can confidently say that our lockers successfully receive thousands of parcels every day without issue.

Parcel stuck in offline locker

Dropped my parcel off in an OOHPOD two weeks ago, UPS could not get the locker to open and I was told to contact OOHPOD and have them open it manually for me. OOHPOD stated I would need to drive to the locker and have them open it by calling when standing outside it. Only then did they inform me that the locker was actually offline and so my parcel was stuck inside. I was told that someone would be out to reboot the locker the next day (Tuesday) and I would be contacted when it was. I had to follow up on Friday and was informed that the locker was still offline, and my parcel has been sitting in the locker for two weeks with no resolution. I am extremely disappointed with the service provided.

Barcode doesn't work, can't get anyone on the phone

Received a barcode saying to pick up my parcel at the OOHPOD Centra Buncrana Road, Derry.
Barcode and manual code does not work.
Can't contact anyone other than by email- don't receive email confirmation that received.
Just useless all round.
Spoke to the guy in the Centra- says multiple people have complained about it and they sent an email about it- he said they haven't even opened the email yet.

Edit: noted response from the agent. So they chap in the Centra shop is lying now as well. Thanks that's very helpful.

As a result, the code they provided wouldn't work at our lockers. You were advised to follow up directly with Yodel, and I hope they were able to assist you further.

We’ve reviewed activity at the locker location and found no unopened emails, other reported issues or concerns, raised by other users or the locker host. It’s a high-traffic site that handles hundreds of parcels each week without incident.

Best services ever.

I would like to write the most positive review possible. The OOHPod team has been so helpful and patient with me for over a month. My collection issues, initially expected to last 3 days, extended to over a month and a half. They kept my parcel safe and, even when I could not contact them, they personally contacted me. I really appreciate their help and understanding. Thank you for being such great people.

Outstanding.

Outstanding, all the way. The girls in Jonesborough are very obliging and on top of their game, as always. I cannot recommend this service enough. It has been a real solution for me, particularly with my eBay and other UK purchases.

OohPods are genius

OohPods are genius. I love being able to collect parcels, usually for free, without feeling guilty about not buying a product in a shop. The locker I used today was broken however once I reported it via oohpod website someone was there and fixed it within a couple of hours. Thank you Maureen, you legend. Fantastic service <3

GREAT

Only issue is that some delivery drivers don't bother to figure out how to put the package in the locker. Other than that, when they do, the service is excellent. During one pick up, the touch screen on the locker didn't work. I emailed Oohpod (on a Saturday) and they replied straight away and had the issue fixed immediately. Put it this way, my apartment complex has a version of this that is free to use but I pay the nominal fee to use Oohpod instead as they are much more reliable.
