Hello,I am Hovakim. I felt and lived completely relaxed through ONYXUM, our powerful organization. I spent my vacation at the Jermuk city in Armenia at the hotel “Jermuk & Spa”. No matter how much I have heard from my teammates, I didn’t imagine that there can be such a unique, unrepeatable and unchangeable rest. Those 5 days, which I spent at Jermuk Hotel & Spa, I will always remember, because the first thing that a person does always stays in his memory and will never been forgotten. The attitude of the hotel staff towards me and any customer of the ONYXUM team in general was unique, different from everyone else. After the question I was asked at the hotel reception, "Did you come to have a rest with ONYXUM" and the answer I gave, "Yes", I felt very close and warm attitude. It is very, very difficult to describe in words the exceptional quality of the rest, because my rest was within the limits of the unimaginable, and the imagination has no limits. The best company that provides very inteligent and proffessonal service . I have trusted 3 times my rest to this company and every time get the best service and best memories from it. I have spend New 2020 Year in Georgia, Tbilisi which was the best holiday and best celebration and new start of the year for me. The hotel, service , room / it was studio/ , meal and everything was perfect. The hospitality of the stuff and caring aproch towards every guest was unbelivable . Also i have spend 2 night in Dilijan Spa Resort, Armenia in august. My family and I rested at the Olympia health resort in Jermuk. Everything was great, the food was very tasty, we used all the spa services, everything was very high quality և affordable.

I had an exelant relax with my family in Multi Rest House /Tsaghkadzor/ within the package of Onyxum. I had got a certificate and there were no problem. I reserved a room in ther hotel for 4 pesron, but we had got more than we waited! We had our rest in the cottege. Everything was clean, comfortable and highquality.
