Hello to you. I decided to start a new business through this website. I was told that an unfortunate incident happened and I am sorry for that. But please review the website and I request that I can use the package I bought. Or refund the price.
I expect a positive answer, hoping that there will be no deception like other organizations. Thank you

I purchased the package in August 2022. We spent part of the package and relaxed at Dilijan Resort. I really enjoyed my vacation. The staff was friendly, the food was great, the choice was huge, the package included a swimming pool, tennis, sauna, and billiards for free. We spent 3 good days.
Another part of the package was spent at Deluxe Hotel Yerevan. And I’m also happy, although the food didn’t have a lot of variety, it was tasty. The rooms were comfortable and warm.
And Onyxum also offers to build a network business with him and earn money, which of course is very pleasing.

They sent me to an inexpensive and high-quality 3-5 * hotel, for which I am very grateful to Onyxum, I will always use their services, this is a very safe company.

Unprofessional approach both by support online team and some local staff from Armenia. I tried almost a week to make a simple booking but without any success. Onyxum price for the chosen hotel was higher than you will book directly from the hotel which took from me 1.5 minute instead of a week of useless communication and a lot of efforts. Based on my first try/ experience I intended to offer onyxum SLT cooperation to expand in other countries, but based on my unsuccessful experience this will remain just like an intend.

Don't trust onyxum ! It is Scam company . Totally fake information !
During the presentation, they say that you can book 4-5 star hotels at low prices . In fact, they are reselling the service.
I compared with booking . com , onyxum offers at high prices .
Too much minuses in this company .
The booking process looks so medieval
You don't have much choice. In the end, you choose what they offer you.
For booking hotel reservation you have to open ticket , wait some days till any operator will offer you any hotel . This process can take very long time . I opened ticket for booking in 17.06.2022 and finally was reserved in 04.08.2022 .
I accepted the offer of onyxum and chose a hotel in Batumi hoping that it would be a normal hotel.
Onyx take from me $1560 for 7 night but transfered to choosed hotel just $840 . The hotes was 3 star , very low quality of service .
Hotel name First Line Hotel (ulitsa Khimshiashvilli, 15 А, Batumi)
My advice to all bookers , book hotel or directly by reception or by booking . com . Don't believe this scammers onyxum workers .

Scam company, thieves don’t trust them
I have paid more than 2000 $ and I couldn’t use my all package, book your hotel yourself is cheaper than opening a scam business with no future !!! They deserve 0 star
