"I purchased some switches without realizing that my wiring lacked a neutral wire. I contacted the director of the company to request a refund as their policy clearly states a 30-day refund policy. However, the director refused to offer a refund. I have now written to trading standards and am currently awaiting a reply. I strongly advise against buying from this company as they seem to have no interest in customer service once they have received your payment."

Slight delay in item due to lack of stock but good polite pleasant communication.

Smart Diffuser connects well with Alexa, looks nice and works well. Not seen another one like it in the UK market (time, weather, smart Alexa enabled functions).

I bought a flood light camera. I can control through my smart app. I couldn't find anything robust on the internet until i came across this site and i just couldnt believe that there is a company that offers this solution.

Often go away on business etc, I like to see what the drive and side walk are up to in my absence.

Cant fault the service and I got my package on time. Looking forward to explore other ideas.

P.S the light dimmer for my wifes huge wardrobe was just another perfect solution. Out with the plastic stick on lights and in with something reliable and looks good. Will review again if it is reliable and practical. So far so good
