Never got the Goods, no answer, Scam!!!

I ordered a jacket in May for 78€. Never got a confirmation mail. The ammount was deducted from my card with an additional 2.78€?! Never got the jacket, I've been writing several times, no answer till they pretend I booked on another website. Wrote again several times, no answer. So I would definitely advise not to buy anything on that site.
