This company is terrible. They leave packages outside in the elements in an area that is NOT VISIBLE from in the house. There is a covered porch 10 steps from where the driver left my package.
You can't get in touch with them. They didn't let me know the package was delivered. The only reason I knew who left it is because I'm home after a surgery and I saw it on my camera. And I because I'm on a walker, I CANNOT GO OUT TO GET IT!!!!
I have complained to Chewy and told them NOT to use On Trac for my deliveries OR I will stop using Chewy.

They are a liability for any company to use for shipping. It seems that they promise to ship orders quickly, but they deliver them to the wrong locations, or to unsafe places you cannot access them. Over and over and over. I'm not shopping with anyone using them anymore. Absolutey disasters
Disaster delivery
First time receiving a package through Ontrac, and it was a disaster. The driver literally threw the box from roughly 10 feet away instead of placing it on the porch like any normal person should. It was clearly seen on door camera. Completely lazy and unprofessional behavior. The item inside was damaged as a result. If I had seen it, I would have thrown that box back in his face.
Horrible service and even worse customer support
Contacted about most recent order that was supposed to be DELIVERED by 3/12 told on that day that it was received and I would receive it within 1-3 days. On 3/13 they updated delivery date to 3/13 by 9PM by 6:30 order still wasn't even marked as out for delivery, told by that representative that the package hadn't been received yet and it would be 1-3 business days AFTER it was received. Today again it was marked as delivery date 3/14 by 9pm talked to representative again told 1-2 business days after a route has been assigned and asked for an actual date they stated they couldn't give me one. How is it a carrier customer support can't see routes in progress or upcoming routes? Ask then to transfer me to someone who could actually give me a more accurate date or to give me contact information to contact myself, told that they have no one to transfer me to and no contact information for management as package has now been scanned into the same facility 6 times in 48 hrs yet told it was received then that they haven't received it now again that they received it. Pretty sure it's lost or they just choose to keep package.How can a CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE NOT HAVE CONTACT INFORMATION TO MANAGEMENT OR AT LEAST ACCESS TO ESCALATE ISSUE.

I would give them no stars if I could have had multiple issues with them. I have had items returned once because I was not home did not leave at my door recently ordered something somehow this had the wrong address updated it and they tried to deliver again but could not because they did not update to correct address never purchasing from someone that uses this horrible shipping company my package is in Everett I live in Bothell

Why Walmart continues to use this bumbling company is beyond me. Packages always arrive days late and they're always left in the rain or snow or slush despite a front porch being less than 15 feet from where they toss them.

I ordered delivery from Best Buy. Their tracking site only says incomplete delivery information even though I already provided my full address and phone no. The address is pretty straightforward. No attempt from the delivery driver to contact me.
Unreliable Service /Careless Non Deliveries
I recieved half of a paid order.The other items were never delivered today as promised since Feb 28 2026.This company has lost my packages and packages left have been stolen.This needs to be looked into if they have such a good reputation which I have yet to experience.They are third party delivery that sucks!!!!0Stars!!!
Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. If your package says delivered they do not send a photo of package delivered. When you try to contact you get a robot and a case number with no explanation for where your package is. No proof of delivery. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
The absolute worse delivery service out there
Every time I see an Ontrac tracking number, I cringe. This company is so inefficient. First of all, you can sign up for alerts but they won't send you alerts. Secondly, they will often deliver after 9 pm. A pet delivery food service that sends fresh perishable food has had to refund me for packages that spoiled because this company delivers it so late that the food thaws out and the dry ice has totally melted.
I ordered something from Best Buy that had a 2 day delivery date estimate. These clowns have a later projected delivery date even though it has been in their local warehouse.
This company is a joke. Retailers need to stop using them.
I ordered a hat from Fanatics on 2/20
I ordered a hat from Fanatics on 2/20, and was given a Tracking link. On 2/22, the Tracking showed that the package was in Franklin, Mass, and "out for delivery" that day to my residence very close to Boston, approximately 45 mins from Franklin. A major snow storm was expected to hit the Boston area on 2/23, AFTER the 2/22 delivery date. Tracking later on 2/22, BEFORE the storm, said that the delivery was delayed due to the weather. Since 2/24 Tracking kept showing expected delivery dates one day later, until 3/02, when it stopped updating. On 3/05, in response to my email request, OnTrac responded that I should contact the seller, essentially saying they did not know where my package is in their system. The company is horrible, I wouldn't ship to someone I disliked using them. If I could do 0 stars, I would.

I would give negative stars if I could. OnTrack took over 8 weeks to move my package from 30 miles near my house to Trenton NJ. - I live on Trenton Rd. so…. then it sat, and sat. The vendor finally sent replacement product but via different carrier. Made it in two days.
Now, I have another package that apparently was shipped via OnTrac, although the vendor indicated UPS, FedEx or DHL. Now my package had origin scan of NJ and going to Chandler AZ. - I live in Ohio. So, confidence is extremely low I will ever see that package. I have already taken steps to open a case and contact the vendor. We will see if it makes it….eventually.
If a company uses OnTrac for shipping avoid at all costs
I didn't know who OnTrac was before I found out that the day I was expecting my package they decided to "return to sender" immediately instead of attempting to contact me just for not being able to access the base wanted to be shipped. What's worst is the ai customer service which is useless. If I were any of you if you're ordering something online and they use OnTrac as a courier please reconsider!

OnTrac = JustCrap
OnTrac should be renamed "JustCrap" for their lousy service. Whenever I receive a notification that my Walmart or Amazon delivery is being routed through OnTrac, I place bets on whether I'll actually receive my order or how late it will be. We repeatedly get delivery exception, incomplete address, or failed delivery attempt errors. I've been home all day, and there was no delivery attempt.
A one star review is too good for them.

They say on the website my package is supposed to be delivered today. Yet the package is NOWHERE to be seen. I am disappointed considering i needed this package for tomorrow and whe i contact support i got an ai bot with no actual person and kicked from chat 5 mins later. unbelievable
OnTrac needs Jesus and Prayers
Just like every other review, the service and delivery of items is Horrible. Zero accountability and Zero confirmation. I don't understand how this company is A+ rated, when it should be a "F" for failure on aspects. I have provided delivery instructions, and confirmation of delivery address and everything that OnTrac requested I provided to them and still NOTHING. This company is horrible, and needs prayers. Please pray that the Lord forgives them and provides them with clarity and purpse to do good and to fulfill the purpose of the Lord and not the purpose to make money.
