Beach or sea I might say total let down it’s horrible
We booked our holiday through On the Beach and have just arrived at our hotel, but unfortunately our experience has been very disappointing.
The room allocated to us is far too small for a family of three, and our son's fold-out bed has been placed behind the bathroom door, creating what we believe to be a serious health and safety concern.
Despite booking an all-inclusive holiday, we arrived at around 5:00 pm after a long day of travelling and found there was no food, snacks, or refreshments available until dinner at 7:00 pm. No welcome drink or alternative food was offered.
We raised our concerns with the management at LaLaLi Blue Suites, but they were unable to offer a solution and advised us to contact our travel provider.
We then tried to contact On the Beach using the support options listed on their website. Unfortunately, we could not find a way to speak to a person. The only option available was an AI live chat, which repeatedly asked the same questions without resolving our issue or connecting us to a member of the support team.
We are due to stay here for two weeks, and the lack of support from both the hotel and our travel provider has left us feeling extremely disappointed. If you are considering booking a holiday through On the Beach, I would recommend checking what support is available if something goes wrong during your trip.
The most UNHELPFUL company I have ever dealt with. Completely useless.

Would recommend. I booked a short break to Croatia with On the Beach. Ryanair cancelled the earlier return flight to Ireland and replaced it with a much later flight. We cancelled the Ryanair return leg and booked an earlier flight with Aer Lingus. On the beach refunded the Ryanair return Leg in just over a week. The appear to be very easy to deal with and are very quick to respond to any queries. Prices are reasonable too.

Holiday was amazing.
A little hicup at the beginning of trip where one of the children was moved seats 7 rows up in their own from rest if passengars. No notice given and only realised when checking in. Child also had autism so we had to switch seats.
Also when we got to Bodrum airport, transfer was not there that we had booked. A nice rep sorted for us.
Apart from that everything else went so smoothly

Hows to send a private message no instructions rang the hotel to enquire about lead passenger change and got informed all it takes is a simple email request so would someone be able to do it please

Website is very easy to navigate. Price options to suit everyone budgets.
Filters and Options to change flight times to tailor holiday is brilliant.
Payment plan option is a great facility.
I thought we didn’t have to pay for seats on the plane under eu regulations but we didn’t have any choice as we couldn’t confirm the flights until we did. Only recently Ryanair confirmed that families didn’t have to pay?

I won't suggest this website for your holidays unless you have no other choice. Very bad customer service compared to LoveHolidays. Better even though you pay a few bucks extra, stick to Love Holidays. This site is not at all customer-friendly. No way to contact them except live chat with an AI and email, which they would send apologies in, not willing to help. So bad.

We have paid almost £2000
For our family holiday, the hotel now states that the pool and kids splash area are closed for the entirety of 2026, and this was a huge deciding factor in choosing the hotel, the hotel has also conveniently changed their name from Europa splash to Europa spa, which is not convenient for kids at all. We need someone to get in touch now! All we get are AI generated email responses telling us to go back to the website or app and request change of hotel or cancel booking, but it we do that there are automatic cancellation fees or booking fees, there is nowhere to add notes or special requests at all. Absolute nonsense, it’s all AI! Were going round in circles and being passed from one AI chat bot to another. We will request a bank charge back by the end of next week if it’s not resolved. I’d happily cancel and rebook but from £2000 after fees we would receive just £500 back absolute joke. I’d appreciate a real message back from a human for a change

Reply from on the beach says send a private message…to who exactly? And how? Typical brushing off as usual
We have a case open and have no responses for 2 weeks, holiday is coming up soon

I have submitted a formal complaint but I am also putting it here due to no communication, hopefully a human customer service member will get intouch.
Dear On the Beach Support Team,I am writing to formally log a major breach of contract regarding my recent 10-day All Inclusive holiday to Parrotel Aquapark Sharm el sheikh.
Under the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations, you are legally responsible for the proper performance of all travel services included in my package.
This holiday fell completely below a reasonable standard, and I am seeking a substantial refund for the following reasons:
Failure of Basic Hygiene & Health Standards:
For the entire duration of our 10-day stay, we experienced raw sewage backing up into our bathroom, we reported this to the front desk on numerous Occasions also made house keeping aware, a maintenance worker looked at the toilet after a few days and told us it was fixed to then arrive back at the room to bathroom flooded again. furthermore, the rooms had absolutely no hot water for the full 10 days making showering the children not a very pleasant experience.
This is a severe failure of basic accommodation standards, a health hazard, and completely ruined our stay.
One of our rooms had no AC working for the entire holiday I also have video evidence of a this.
Broken glass left around the sun loungers at the side of the pool, making this unsafe for the children. I have photos I can attach.
Substandard Board Basis:
The food quality was incredibly poor with severely limited choices, failing to meet the advertised standards of the holiday we purchased. Only fruit available were oranges this hotel does not cater to British and or young children what so ever.
Lunchtime snacks by the pool consisted of a handful of chips and a roll with either a half of a half of sausage or 1x chicken nugget. Very poor cleanliness crows and pigeons landing on the tables while trying to eat something due to food being left out on tables and food left on the floor. I can attach photos.
Due to the food quality We ate out everyday buying snacks to keep the kids going until the evening meal in SOHO. I will attached screenshots of payments for food. As we payed for All inclusive we hand spent a further £2000 on food not including payments for Taxi's to and from the hotel so we could feed the children and ourselves.
Wrongful Eviction Threat (Contract Failure): During our stay, on day 7 of our holiday our two eldest Daughter's (14 & 13) were returning to our room for a change of clothes and were interrupted by a hotel staff member who let themselves into the room and aggressively told me daughter's leave the premises.
After speaking to reception it turned out to be because On the Beach had failed to correctly book or pay for a 10-day stay, registering it only as a 7-day stay. While this administration error was eventually resolved after significant distress, the immense anxiety, panic, and loss of enjoyment caused by being threatened with eviction on our holiday is entirely unacceptable.
Due to these severe, compounding issues and the total loss of enjoyment, I expect a significant refund.
I have raised these complaints on your website and have cheekily been offered £250 voucher??? Absolutely disgusting! I expect a lot more than this due to the amount this holiday cost us and a further £2000 on top for just feeding the family.
Look forward to hearing from a human hopefully very soon. Regards Tara
