Palau ID not avialable for KYC
Registering with Palau Digital residency Citizenship card does NOT work for KYC as Palau is not in list of countries accepted for KYC.
Feedback- Add "Palau" as accepted country for KYC.

Fix the support!
So I bought TRON cryptocurrency. I used the correct address, but they said they can’t find the wallet, so the transaction got declined. Now I have to wait 24 hours to get a reply from support. They should offer real on-site support, not just AI!
(Update:It's been 24 hours and I still haven't received my crypto! I'm actually getting concerned that I won't get my money anytime soon!)
(Update 2: It’s been 48 hours and I still haven’t received my money. What did I expect? This business is based in India and they took my money… Support said they’re working on it, but I don’t think it should take this long to sort it out.)
Keeping the 1 star until my case is resolved!
