I'm a crypto trader and a miner, i have been buying and selling cryoto from a very long time from India, this so called crypto dealer platform based in somwhere in Bangalore claims to be a geniune crypto dealer, I have purchased 525 DOGE for Rs.5796 with the order number 1685619 and with my UPI UTR number: 424143596959 on 31/05/2026 and it's been 5 days and the status still says sending crypto but I have still not received it yet, they don't have a proper customer support or a phone number to contact them and only way to contact they is via email by submiting a ticket which I did, not once not twice, I submitted the ticket more then 5 times and also replied to the reply they keeps sending me saying the issue is been forwarded to their so call team and that's it nothing haappens after that. They are really scammers pretending to be geniune. All I'll say is stay away from this platform, red alert.

UPDATE: Almost 4 Months Later, Still No Resolution and Empty Promises
I am writing this follow-up review because Onramp.money has still not resolved my issue, despite their public reply on April 24th claiming they "forwarded the issue to the support team." That was clearly just a boilerplate response to save face publicly. It has been over a week since that reply, and absolutely no progress has been made.
To reiterate the facts:

Ticket ID: 104565
Transaction Date: January 15, 2026
Amount: ₹80,000
It has been nearly four months since I initiated this transaction to buy USDT. Holding ₹80,000 of a user's money in limbo for this long without providing the crypto or a refund is completely unacceptable.
Do not be fooled by their generic "our support team will contact you" replies. This platform is highly unreliable, and their customer service is non-existent. I am still demanding an immediate release of my USDT or a full refund to my original payment method. If this is not resolved immediately, my next step will be filing a formal complaint with consumer protection and cyber authorities.
