Great Workmanship
Steven was a delight to deal with, could have not had a more enjoyable experience with anyone else. Steven was very responsive and never had any communication issues. Was not bombarded with paperwork to deal with all at once, Steven was quite strategic. The app they use is actually quite decent and the best I have used so far from any conveyancing company. All in all, will definitely be using the company again.

An exchange that turned into a saga..
We started our process with the view of everything falling into place rapidly - unfortunately the buyer’s solicitor was far from competent - this led to unnecessary stress and refinancing - which given the turmoil of interest rates wasn’t favourable.
Throughout the process Nancy was professional, and avoided a collapse by ensuring that communication was seamless. We will use this firm for all our legal requirements going forward. I have no hesitation in recommending their services..
