Bad customer service rang five times to get my card replaced never was sent then got a card then couldn’t activate it rang them and get told I have to wait 10 more days cancelled there offer off me having to wait another 10 days to use my new card and parted dealings with Ommo with immediate effect

Stay clear of this credit card company
Stay clear of this credit card company. They are taking advantage of people with poor credit.
Have only had this card two months and my minimum payment has nearly doubled from last month. When I spoke to customer services they pointed out the APR and that there was also some other payment they add to you minimum payment which is not really explained on my monthly statement or during the application process.
The statement can’t even give you an estimated interest that would come off after you’ve made payment, which other credit card companies seem to be able to do.
I have also have noticed that the balance left on my card keeps reducing slightly within the month. When queried, the customer services agent said that they review interest rates daily and this could result in what I have left on my card reducing. I asked how this would affect me if I had spent my whole credit limit, would it take me over (resulting in penalties)? He didn’t have an answer for me.
Omno are not very transparent about how they calculate your payments and mess around with you remaining balance without telling you. I will be paying mines off asap and closing my account… STAY CLEAR OF THEM, THEY’RE CROOKS!

We appreciate your feedback on your Onmo Credit Card and we’re sorry to read that you have not been satisfied with the experience. Depending on how you’ve been paying your monthly statement, your minimum repayment would increase each month as interest is charged on your outstanding balance after your due date. We will not charge any interest if your monthly statement is paid in full.
For your daily balance, what you were seeing was interest that has accrued on your account with interest being calculated daily. Interest will only then be applied following your statement due date if you do not pay the balance off in full. If you do go over your credit limit, then your card will be locked from further spending until you make a payment that would take you below your credit limit.
We’ll be sharing your review with our relevant teams so we can work towards improvements in how interest is displayed within the mobile app. If you do have further questions, please don’t hesitate to contact our Customer Services Team where you can be transferred to our escalations department for further assistance.
