They Managed to get 4 star from a zero star review, well that speaks about how professionally they managed and focused on getting the job done no matter what it takes rather than letting me waste both of our time.
My apologies for a negative review earlier and thank you, it's been a learning experience that thai TLD domains such as .co.th require much more documents with verification from authorities and signed by the registered directors and stake holders not like the normal direct domain purchase.

The chatbot is absolutely terrible. The agent Khrystyna did a great job and helped me out quickly and very friendly. She solved my problem, for Khrystyna I would give 5 stars. The AI assistant would get zero stars from me, it took me hours(!) to get in touch with a human because it kept asking the same things. So that’s why 3 stars, I’d give 5 stars if the bot was improved, the human agent was great!

The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that the first year discounts aren't as attractive as some other providers. I cannot comment on hosting services.

I've been a customer of OnlyDomains for several years. When my domain totafot.co.il accidentally expired, I was told I'd need to pay a restore fee plus a separate "fine fee" on top of the standard renewal — totaling ₪347. When I asked if these could be waived, I was told they are set directly by the registry and completely out of OnlyDomains' control.
But is that really true? After doing some research, it appears that while part of the restore fee does originate from the registry, the breakdown between a "restore fee" and a separate "fine fee" is less clear. Some registrars have been known to waive these fees for long-standing customers when pressed. So the question worth asking is: how much of what I paid actually went to the registry, and how much stayed with OnlyDomains?
I paid 36 hours ago. The status is still PENDING. Their own system says the process usually completes "within a day." I sent an urgent follow-up 12 hours ago — no response.
This domain is tied to an active business. Every hour matters.
The bottom line: If your domain matters to you, if your money matters to you, and if basic customer service matters to you — think twice before using OnlyDomains. When things go wrong, you're left in the dark.
UPDATE (48+ hours after payment):
OnlyDomains responded to this public Trustpilot review within hours, promising to "make it right." My open support ticket, however, remains unanswered.
Let that sink in: faster response to a public review than to a paying customer's urgent support request.
The domain is still not restored. I still have no timeline. I still have no direct answer to my questions about why their system advertises "usually within a day" for a process that clearly takes much longer.
I'll update again if and when this gets resolved.

Horrible customer service. I had to sort out a payment issue and it was not easy to do so because ai initially answers and then the tranfer to an actual human takes a long time and when a human actually answers, I was told she was handling multiple customer queries at the same time and so each conversation took ages to get a response. And when the payment issue was resolved, she then tells me the tech team doesn't start their "shift" until 8 hours later! So My issue was supposedly escalated etc...It's now over 24 hours and it has still not been resolved - i cant access my account, my website is still down. I had investor meeting which I had to cancel. Horrible horrible horrible company.
Update: they claim they are awaiting more info from me (see their reply). This is not true. I've contacted their customer service for the 3rd day now and they still HAVE NOT RESPONDED! Case reference:4119338
