First round Friday with my new birdie glide so I feel today time to give 5 star rating from start to finish the team at birdies were always there to help keeping me informed the birdie glide proforms great on the course and really helped me get round the course with little effort on my part leaving me to play golf so thanks birdies keep up the good work Eddie T

I bought a scooter from only birdies…
I bought a scooter from only birdies took it out in the living room it was very heavy so i put it in contact for a refund sent it back i had to pay £52 to send it back two days later i got a shock Ed email i had to pay £200 he accused me of scratching the mud guard and a little bit of paint no way did i do that never buy again

The Birdie Pro is a substantial product weighing approximately 35kg, which is why we try to be as transparent as possible regarding the size and weight before purchase.
Regarding the return shipping, the actual courier cost charged to return the scooter was £52 and we provided evidence of this directly to you. You agreed to this charge. We cover shipping for our customers to receive the product but as a business it would not be sustainable covering the return costs too.
When the scooter was returned to us, there was visible damage to the mudguard and paintwork, which was photographed and shared with you. Unfortunately, because of this damage, we are no longer able to sell the scooter as new and can now only sell it as a used unit, which is why a deduction was made from the refund. I would also like to thank you for admitting to this damage, via email.
We do feel we went above and beyond throughout the process, including assisting and responding regarding the insurance claim situation you raised with us, despite the scooter not having been delivered at the time of the incident mentioned.
We always aim to be fair and transparent with all customers and wish you all the best going forward.
