Absolutely outstanding, faultless service. A breath of fresh air in the world of buying saddles. I ordered one saddle and unfortunately my saddler couldn’t come out in the trial period (my fault!) unfortunately it was too long for my horse. Rung customer services and asked to swap it for a more suitable one, DPD picked the first saddle up the next day, and once retuned the second saddle was posted and received very quickly. Have since recommended to other people on the yard and they’ve have also had flawless experiences. Also ordered a girth and exactly the same faultless service. Extremely impressed and will be a returning customer if the need arises! Would recommend 10 times over.

Super easy and simple, turn around within the week. I was nervous at first, sending off an expensive saddle without being paid first is daunting. The saddle bank were buying it from me, understanding they need to validate the saddle first and I was paid within the week. Would absolutely use again!
