Ordered 90 square metres of turf after giving them measurements ended up been 6 rolls short (min order 10 rolls) 6 rolls we liad died in 5 days watered everyday as well emails sent with pictures told was laid to late top soil was no good an cuts where to small but yet rest of turf growing fine took our money now not interested

I needed turf for my front garden. Being a novice and with the high number of suppliers, it becomes a gamble when selecting the right one. I did some research and finally took a gamble and selected Online Turf.
Fortunately for me, I made the right decision.
We agreed the type and quality of the turf, due to personal commitments, selected a delivery for after 1pm, with the turf being laid the following day. The turf arrived at 1pm. Being a hot day, the delivery driver had already selected the perfect spot unde my canopy and in the shade. Exactly where I would have chosen. Excellent service. The following day when the turf was to be laid was also a hot day. Being aware that it is recommended that the turf should be laid on the day of delivery, there was some trepidation as to it's condition no need to worry. The turf was in perfect condition
Still wet, lush green extremely well cut with the edges and soil perfectly formed making it easy to lay.
After a week and plenty of watering it is growing well and hopefully, ready to top trim in a couple of weeks. Very happy.
My gamble paid off and I made the right choice with Online Turf

Ordered on Sunday for delivery on Wednesday (Monday Bank Holiday), no issues, great communications and tracking for delivery. Came when it said it would and arrived in excellent condition. Rolls were solid, consistent and easily handled, easy to lay, and not a weed in sight. Very pleased with whole experience

The turf arrived on time and was nice and evenly cut, the turf just took a couple of days to start greening up. A good water and it was off.

Easy to order with plenty of information available on the website as to laying the turf as well as calculating how much you require. Very pleased with the delivery, the driver was helpful and friendly, the turf was delivered on a pallet and was wrapped. Nice touch that I will be emailed when the time is right to do the 1st mow. Extremely pleased with the quality of the turf."

We chose the Rye grass and it was delivered in great condition. It was laid the next day and went down a treat. It’s been just over two weeks and had its first cut which just took the top off. It’s taken very well and already looks like a well established lawn with all the lines gone and a lush thick green covering.
I can’t recommend this company and their products enough.

The delivery came promptly and the driver was really helpful. The turf was laid the same day and 4 weeks later it looks superb. The aftersales emails were great with advice for first cutting etc. I would highly recommend, worth every penny!

Excellent quality turf, which has been down for just over three weeks and has now had its first cut. Looks superb, really thick and green.
They followed up the delivery with tips on laying the turf and also contacted me when it was time for the first mow. Excellent customer care.

Excellent turf which was delivered promptly and safely, was of a consistent width and thickness, and has rooted without bare patches in less than two weeks. Easy to lay now easy on the eye.

No complaint from me really. Turf arrived a few hours after the delivery estimate but still within the paid for time slot. The quality was fine other than the most minor niggles which I was expecting anyway.

If I had another project to do I'd use this company again, and it would be hard to imagine how they could have done much better than they did.

Some minor bits of plastic contamination (broken plastic plant pots, probably only noticed 3 small pieces in 30 rolls) but nothing too bad at all.
