Terrible service, booked and paid for a morning delivery (they caveat this may not be possible), however after chasing all day it was confirmed it wouldn't be delivered at all. Customer Service fobbed me off all day, then tried to arrange a delivery for the following morning, despite their own website saying the turf should be laid the day it arrives (but would have been ok in a warehouse for 24 hours). Avoid and go somewhere else.

The turf is very good quality nearly 2 weeks in and looking great already.
Kept informed of delivery day & time slot the day before. Turned up bang on time driver also very helpfull. Would highly recommend.

We recently purchased some Turf from Online Turf, the service was excellent. It was easy to order, they delivered when they said they would, dropped the Turf off close to where it was to be laid, they were very professional in their service and they driver was very helpful and pleasant.

Delivery within specified time. 30 rolls on pallet set down right inside my garage for short distance for laying. Grass rolled out like a carpet in the back garden on prepared soil base. It looks superb. I can’t specify the grass except it’s green and looks great. I’m following instructions for watering. Can’t wait for first light cut."

Easy to use website, delivery was quick and on time. Turf has only been laid for a few days but already much greener so initial signs are good. The website is informative about how to choose and aftercare. Have received a couple of follow up emails giving advice for after the lawn is laid. I’ve even had one saying they will be in touch to let me know when it’s safe to mow. Really helpful. Very impressed and will definitely use again.

I have bought online turf recently, it was extremely a good choice.
The turf is hard and good quality, delivery was prompt and they gave ample instructions,
I have done part of my garden with this new turf, it looks healthy and rich.
Now I am thinking to replace entire garden with this product.

Fantastic experience from the ease of placing the order, the great delivery firm used who delivered first thing on a Saturday, and the quality of the product received. We had 75m of turf delivered which we laid as novices over the weekend. A week and a half in we have two lovely lush lawns - all for what I felt was a keen/competitive price! Really pleased with our experience and based on the that, would highly recommend.

Excellent product I am chuffed to bits with my new lawn. I did have spare at the end and was able to give it to my Daughter so she also has a very lovely looking lawn. Whole experience was simple and straightforward. The quality is superb. The information and tutorials provided on the website is extremely helpful and the value was fantastic, trust me I always compare against a few places, Online Turf outshone truly. My garden makeover which has taken some time to complete and a fair wack of fierce savings dented but I am so pleased at the end result this company and it's products was a great find. Recommended to several people since. Delivery date options were great. Arrives on a palette bear in mind mist often delivered kerbside only but driver was helpful. Load was very heavy managed to get as close as possible.

Very easy to order online, excellent quality and excellent value, it was actually cheaper to order it from here and have it delivered than it was to buy from my local garden centre and have to collect it myself. Turf arrived on time during the time slot I was allocated. Turf is looking good and is growing well. Great aftersales as they email you with advice about laying and looking after your turf. Excellent service and highly recommended.

Easy to order, turf arrived in great condition, easy to o lay, looked great after only a week, they even let you know when it's time to mow and give lots of useful advice on what to check for. Would use again if needed.

I ordered 136m2 of Stadium turf in March. I had previously visited Aughton and was happy with the quality of the turf. Ordering and delivery were very straightforward. I ordered for a Friday in order to lay the turf over the weekend. Due to the layout of our cottages, a 100 metre return journey is necessary for each wheel barrow load. As I started laying the turf it became clear that a number of rolls (around 30) were substandard...chewed edges, uneven thickness, yellowing. Some with patches of turf missing. Fortunately I had slightly overordered, and my son took the worst 10 rolls to do some patching on some fairly rough ground. I laid the other (less) substandard, which required some soil adjustment due to differing thickness. Overall I was pleased with the decent rolls, but disappointed with the remainder. I emailed Aughton the following week to express my disappointment with the quality of some rolls.
The response was very dismissive.....
The substandard turf would knit together and be fine. (Some are still noticeably worse in appearance).
The damage was due to the lifting process...it sometimes happens.
Yes, that is blatantly obvious, but quality control was clearly absent.
I suggested a refund on the worst 10 rolls. Not possible, but as a goodwill gesture I could travel to Aughton and pick up 'a few' rolls. That is a 96 mile return journey, so the offer was declined.
I sent another email, but had no reply.
The quality of some rolls was a disappointment, but what really infuriated me was the casually dismissive responses to my complaints. (Hence the 2 stars)
So I would suggest that, on delivery, customers should inspect the rolls carefully, reject substandard rolls, and demand immediate replacements.
By the way, if you look at the reviews on Online Turf's website they all seem to be 5 stars. My lower rating doesn't seem to have been published!

We ordered our turf on line which was quick and easy to do. The delivery man went over and above for our difficut drop area. We are very pleased with the quality of the turf as we have quite a natural looking lawn. We ordered the budget turf and are so pleased with the look. Good value and a great product and service. Would use them again.
