I was originally having trouble on the website but literally 3 mins passed by and I got a call from online tires ready to help ! John helped me do everything and resolved the problem I literally had ! And it was fast and easy ! John deserves a raise the man is the best and made everything so easy and I got some tires coming my way ! Thanks John and onlinetires !

Hey whoever is reading this, This company is a great company to work with. THEY ARE LEGIT! Based out of Los Angeles CA. I order my tires last Monday and they delivered with 3 days. Im extremely happy with the tires I got. Chris was the sales rep I spoke with he gave me a great deal on Michelin tires with a 80k warranty. And very efficient and fast customer service.

Either no one with good experiences writes a review or vice versa...but my experience was top notch. Their prices could not be beat for the tires that I needed and the shipping was fine - everything arrived on time and tires were brand new as described. Their road hazard warranty was so reasonable that I couldn't pass it up. Fast forward one year later...one of the tires got damaged and after sending in a request and a few pictures, they honored their warranty and sent a replacement tire without issue. This kind of customer service is very hard to find these days, especially with most businesses blaming all of their faults on Covid. They had two chances to drop the ball but came through with flying colors in both cases so absolutely no complaints here!

If you want old tires delivered and only part of your order then this is the place for you. They are a complete scam and should be put out of business!!! Do not order from them.

Don't buy from Tham anything ,if something going wrong you will have big headache. I was ordered two tires at November 6,one resived at November 15 and one didn't, November 22 fedex call to me and said it's second tire lost , I call to onlinetires and ask for refund, till now didn't resived. November 30 call to the online tires again same of person said company did the refund and will be send to me conformation of refund, didn't received any confirmation. For this company it's look normal just promise, and didn't do anything for the customers.

I ordered tires from onlinetires.com and was promised a price match with Chris, well as you guessed I didn't receive that match, they charged me full price. After speaking with Chris about the Problem ,he assured me it would be taken care of, well you guessed it was never taken care of. Called Chris again and had to leave a message and still never heard from him or anyone else, so if you're looking for a price match, you're not gonna get it.

BE WARE!!! They don't even deserved 1 star. I placed an order on 8/17/21. They gave me the tracking #, but when I tracked it, it only showed that the label was created, nothing else. So I called them. They said there was an issue with the shipment. Therefore, they gave me another tracking #. Again, it showed that label was created, but nothing else. I called them and emailed them. They replied back on 9/9/21 acknowledged that there was a problem in shipment and asked if I want to wait to reprocess. I told them no, and I wanted my money back. No response after that. On 9/28, got an email saying that they want to confirm that I already received my tire. I told them that I did not received it, and I wanted a refund. They did not give me a refund, so I've decided to file dispute through my credit card company. The resolution came back today saying that because I canceled the order, the dispute was invalid. I'm taking the next step to continue with this dispute. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!!! THEY ARE A SCAMMER!!!

So I ordered from this company recently, a Nexen n5000 265/30/22. I received instead 265/30/19. Since it is the wrong product I decided to get a refund. It took them two months to refund the money and it cane back 66 dollars short. Apparently because they don't refund the shipping. An absolute joke, wrong item was sent and they still wont pay for the shipping and took way to long to even process the refund. And horrible customer service when talking with them about the issue. Wont make the same mistake again.

This company is a joke. Comparison price but only after tax and shipping is added. So, that means they get to keep the $30.00 per tire. I’d rather give it to the State for taxes than give them the extra profit. Went with Tire Rack. They matched the prices and gave a 30.00 discount to make it even 40.00 less at the out the door price. Lesson learned. Tire Rack is best. A trusted company.

After confirming price and availability from Online Tires salesman John Munguia, I ordered two Cooper Discoverer STT Pro tires. Upon receiving delivery confirmation for TWO tires I drove an hour to my shipping-service store to find that only one tire had been delivered. I immediately emailed Mr. Munguia, who replied, “The shipping department just informed me that the warehouse that shipped out the tires only sent 1 tire because the other one was defective. We cannot locate another one of these at this time. We can either offer you a different tire or a refund.” I did not bother to ask Mr. Munguia three obvious question: Why was I not advised of this problem PRIOR to shipping only one tire? Why was I charged for two tires when only one was available? Why would I want one “different” tire? I requested a return-shipping label (in case I could not find a match), located and ordered a match from Tires Easy, and emailed Mr. Munguia to process a refund for the unshipped tire. He told me to “reply to the email that you received with return shipping labels. That is the department that will be refunding you, not me.” In other words, this salesman was happy to be responsible for the sale, but not for helping when his sale went bad. I obliged and was told by “customer service” that Online Tires would process my refund AFTER I returned the TIRES they shipped! I emailed twice more (the second time including Mr. Munguia) to clarify that Online Tires only shipped one tire and that I wanted a refund for what they failed to ship, and was twice told, “In order for us to process refund (sic) we need to receive the tires that you received.”

Had I read before placing my order the many complaints lodged with the Better Business Bureau against Online Tires, I would not have attempted to do business with a company that apparently employs staff willing to participate in unethical practises. Whether or not Online Tires remains in business much longer remains to be seen, but I WILL be repaid for the unshipped tire – even if I have to travel to collect the funds in person.

This review has been posted at a variety of sites in an effort to protect others from being ripped off by Onlinetires.com. Online Tires' partnering sales outlets and competitors, the Better Business Bureau, PayPal, my charge-card company, and Cooper Tires have all been offered or provided copies of my allegation-supporting correspondence.

after almost 10 days of waiting I received only 1 of the ordered tires and it was also inconsistent with the product that I have purchased. When I inquired about the problem they just hang up on me and never responded again to my calls..... don't be fooled by their advertising!

I ordered 4 Goodyear tires, two in one size (for the fronts) and two in another size for the rears. They gave me a price which was good. Once I got the email showing they had been ordered the price was higher. Chris (the salesman I worked with) failed to mention that $75.00 of it would come off in the form of a rebate. I wasn't happy with that since he never told me but I'll let it slide. He says he already filled it out for me and submitted it. Okay. The two front tires show up but no rears. I called and left a message. 2 days later I get an email from Goodyear stating the rebate was filled out wrong. I called Chris, and he said to forward him the email and my receipt and he will correct it. 2 days later I get another email from Goodyear stating that it is still not corrected. I called Chris and emailed him and no answer. This was Wed 8/11 and today is 8/14 and still no answer. On 8/13 I get another front tire, so now I have 3 front tires and no rears. I called Chris again, and it goes right to voicemail. I called customer service 9 times before someone answers. I spoke with "David" and I tell him what is going on and to just send me a return label for the three tires. I was over at this point. They can't get the rebates done right, so there is a very good chance I'll be screwed out of the $75.00 and they can't even send the right tires out, or return any calls. He says he will send me the return label as soon as we get off the phone. You guessed it. No return label. I called again and spoke to "Kameel", and she said that the return label will be issued in 24 hours. Still nothing. It gets better. I come home today with a 4th front tire! Yup. I have 4 tires the same size when my invoice clearly shows that there should be two of one size and two of another. So, now I have to call back on Monday to see if I get an answer, and hopefully get the return labels or I'll contact my CC company and get it taken care of through them. I will not be screwed out of over $1,200.00

BEWARE Tire never delivered and no refund yet after 12 days I will dispute on my credit card do not use onlinetires.com or do not use them on walmart markerplace

These are the worst tires ever, I do not know how the attorney general for the state allow these people to be in business. The customer service is useless because they take no responsibility for the products they sell, so please be advise purchase at your on risk. I recently purchase4 tires and 2 tires were warp and had bubbles in them.

We ordered 4 tires for our Volvo on June 23 with a promise of delivery in 3 days. Since then only 2 tires arrived with Fedexp reporting that 2 of the four tires were stolen in transit with a fake signature at no address. Then Online said they would overnight 2 tires from LA to No Calif with a promise of overnight delivery. They never arrived but 4 days later we received an update from them that Fedexp was picking up 2 tires in Florida and expediting them in 2-3 days. It has been 8 days and they have missed each promised date and at 2.5 weeks we still only have 2 tires. I fully support all of the other customers and highly recommend you not buy from these guys. BTW 5 days ago i decided these guys are crooks so i did what i should have done initially and ordered 2 tires from TireRack, they arrived 3 days later. While Onlines prices are attractive having to spend time everyday for 2+ weeks calling to get their latest excuse was not worth it. The only positive in our experience was Chris who tried to explain each of these ridiculous excuses but obviously he has no influence on their business practices.

I had an urgent need for tires and this company had the only two I could find in the US. I called to make sure they had them in stock before placing an order. I communicated that I had to have the tires by a certain time for an event, and they said it should not be a problem and that I would receive tracking numbers promptly. My credit card was charged right away, but several days go by, no tracking numbers. I called to check if the tires were shipped, and they said the tires were out of stock, and no idea when they might be back in stock. So given the time constraints I requested to cancel the order and get a refund, which they said is no problem and I should see the refund the same day. Days go by and no refund shows up, so I call again. They acknowledged the order was cancelled, but the refund was not processed, so I should see a refund same day. Days go by, no refund. So now i'm having to go through the dispute process with my credit card company. My advice is to find another place to buy tires.

I ordered a set of BF Goodrich tires in April 2021, and purchased from On Line Tires ONLY because they advertised a $70 rebate on a set of four. Well, the tires arrived ok, but when I tried to submit my rebate to BF Goodrich, they informed me that On Line Tires was not an authorized dealer and they were not honoring the rebate. On Line Tires gave me a run around about it, and finally I just gave up. So I'm out $70 and a lot of time and aggravation trying to secure what should have been my rebate, AS PROMISED. This is what BF Goodrich sent me, in response to my rebate inquiry: "The offer is for valid tire purchases made at participating dealers. The dealer indicated on your redemption did not participate in this promotion on the date of purchase." My advice: shop elsewhere.

Switch and bait and no refund. These people refuse to give me refund on two orders unless I buy substitute tires. Holding me hostage for $600. Scam ! Read other reviews with similar scheme.

I requested a refund after the day before scheduled delivery all the tracking info was deemed fraudulent by FedEx. That was Sunday. Thursday night ONE of the 4 tires I ordered showed up (almost a week late) and now they are fighting a refund.
