Amazing
Honestly, after speaking to many companies, online spas made everything really easy! The delivery in particular, the guys who delivered and installed the hot tub need massive respect as it was a hard one to get it into our garden! Not once where they negative or made me aware how hard it was!! I knew it would be tricky as many companies said I’d need to hire a truck with a crane on to take it over the wall. The 2 guys did it by hand with a bit of wood! I was sceptical when first ordering, as it just seemed to easy!
Seriously, if you buy from these, you won’t regret it! Filter was broken but had 2 more delivered a day later. Can’t fault the whole process! Thanks all involved, my husband was very happy!

Following on from last review
Following on from last review. Was promised a engineer visit today to get the hot tub back up and running..... guess what no engineer showed up. No contact from company sent numerous messages and called numerous times. Not one reply. Update .... reply from engineers they cannot make it. Very late at night. Had to take time off work. This is not good. Will see what the morning brings with the phone call from the main office.
Update from last review, after months of chasing, Miles the engineer came and got our tub back up and running. He is very knowledgeable and knows what he is doing. Very grateful miles. Seems to be communication issues with the office but we got their in the end. Rechanged back to a 5 start review as the tub is great. Hopefully no further issues.

Great service and friendly and easy experience when speaking with Ash on the phone. Ash also phoned after installation to make sure I was happy with my Spa. Received a follow up call a few days later from Annie, to make sure I was enjoying my spa.

I enquired about a hot tub and received excellent customer service and a great deal. My purchase arrived within the specified timeframe that I was given.
