Poor Delivery & Customer Service
Delivery & customer service shocking which is such a shame as products are half decent.
Paid for next day delivery, ordering before the times given, only for my order to take 4 days! There is a reason people use next day, because they need the items!!
Contacted CS but they weren't interested as the order had been delivered, and that is what counts ... in their eyes! Do not waste your money if you're wanting your items quickly!

I'm sorry to hear your order wasn't delivered when expected - I can see that your order was placed and dispatched on 17/07 and a request to divert your parcel to a locker was requested on the same day. Due to this, this will cause a delay in your delivery. I can see our CS team has refunded the delivery costs as a gesture of goodwill.
Please check the preferences on your In-post App - as the parcel will always divert to a locker if this is your preference on the app.

Not received? I ordered this in plenty of time that this rug should’ve arrived before I moved home. I’ve now moved Monday 20th and still no rug had arrived! I contacted customer service and they assured me that this would arrive in time and even though this item was actually not sent out until I voiced concerns, they said I still couldn’t change delivery to my new address! Where this rug is now is a complete mystery and yet I’ve been charged. Customer service is very poor and you can’t speak to anything on the phone. Not happy considering everything else I’ve ordered through OHS has had no issues even on long time arrival items 
UPDATE: This has been resolved and my rug arrived within two days of being confirmed it had been lost with the courier company.

Very poor quality
Very poor quality. Handle ripped as soon as I put in bedding and tried to lift it into the cupboard. Bag wasn't even full. OHS, refunded the cost of the bags. Customer service is very good.

OHS exceeded delivery
OHS exceeded delivery on my last orders, ordered stuff over a period of days and it all came at once. I am obsessed with the coverless duvet covers and have now ordered one for myself, daughter and sister. Good price and very good value. Also the pillows (bolsters), when they arrived I thought they were too squishy but on using them find them brilliant when used as they should be with my normal pillows. Well done OHS
