Order was supposed to be dispatched 16/07/2026
Still haven’t received my order and no idea where it is.
Tried to track it via the Hermes tracking number provided , but have discovered it was with Evri who just state in transit.
Don't think i will be shopping here again
unable to access OHS site to find out when my order might be delivered.

Placed an order Sunday.
Kept coming up order within next 2 hours so many minutes for next day delivery.
Placed order. Wednesday now and items not arrived .
Also says my items have been redirected to my chosen inpost locker.
I chose home delivery and never even saw inpost locker as an option.
I would not have chose this anyway as want delivered to my address.
Contacted customer service.
My questions not answered regarding delivery just the link to track my order which I obviously have used before hand to know about redirected to inpost locker.
Also if u notice they don't have many reviews for each item on their site and are always 4 or 5 star . I did a couple of 2 star reviews in the past and they didn't put my reviews on which lead me to believe that they vet the reviews first and don't put anything under 4 stars on. Very dishonest and misleading to potential customers. This will be my last order.
UPDATE
customer service replied to all my emails .
Order was still delivered to an inpost locker instead of my home address.
Still confused as to why it was diverted to a locker so had to carry 5 rugs half a mile or more.
They explained how to turn of my preference of what locker to go to on the inpost app.
When ordering I gave my home address for delivery nothing came up about diverting to a locker till after I placed order.
Still seems strange that I ordered to my home address but soon after placing order was told diverted to a locker.
Future Buyers beware.
I must say customer service was very responsive.
Still not sure whether to order from them again for fear of it happening again.

This is third time iv bought cover less duvets from this company , excellent 👌 order one day received early morning. I recently had to return an item that was faulty, from start to finish I had nothing but great customer service from Jody. She ensured the smooth collection of my items & arranged a prompt refund for me.
Even though I experienced receiving the faulty items, it will not put me off shopping at OHS in the future, everything else I have ordered has been amazing. 10/10 for customer support.

The service was excellent. Jody was extremely helpful and sorted my issue with no problem. Definitely recommend OHS and will use again and again.

returns are a rip off paid £10.95 and got £3 .50 refund

Very good customer service from Babalwa, friendly and efficient

Just used the above item in the caravan site showers,plenty of room to change in. Idea for walking to and from the shower room without having to balance clothes from the shower water.

always delivered quickly had an item missing but Faatimah quicky sorted it out for me excellent customer service

Great service. Unfortunately I had some slight issues with the product and the customer service was great and the response was quick.
A big thanks to Laeeqah for her excellent service.
I bought 2 moon chairs and 2 camping chairs for my kids and they loved those.
OHS offers great quality products with affordable price.

Advisor Laeeqah was helpful through out my query.
They kept me updated every step of the way.
Also they were very polite

Delivery & customer service shocking which is such a shame as products are half decent.
Paid for next day delivery, ordering before the times given, only for my order to take 4 days! There is a reason people use next day, because they need the items!!
Contacted CS but they weren't interested as the order had been delivered, and that is what counts ... in their eyes! Do not waste your money if you're wanting your items quickly!

Not received? I ordered this in plenty of time that this rug should’ve arrived before I moved home. I’ve now moved Monday 20th and still no rug had arrived! I contacted customer service and they assured me that this would arrive in time and even though this item was actually not sent out until I voiced concerns, they said I still couldn’t change delivery to my new address! Where this rug is now is a complete mystery and yet I’ve been charged. Customer service is very poor and you can’t speak to anything on the phone. Not happy considering everything else I’ve ordered through OHS has had no issues even on long time arrival items 

UPDATE: This has been resolved and my rug arrived within two days of being confirmed it had been lost with the courier company.

half order received..no idea where the other half is...disappointing

Very poor quality. Handle ripped as soon as I put in bedding and tried to lift it into the cupboard. Bag wasn't even full. OHS, refunded the cost of the bags. Customer service is very good.
