I put in quite a large order for some bedroom furniture. Unfortunately one item was damaged beyond repair which they promptly refunded then when I assembled the chest of drawers I had ordered the quality wasn't great and the drawers would not line up. I thought I might have some trouble returning it but as it turned out its was no trouble at all and they even arranged for collection and the money was back in my account within 3 days. Thanks to there customer services which are very good especially the help from their agent Limeez for arranging the collection and refund.

These are the best, I have four now, and have places for more, and such a reasonable price, great value for money, delivery was quick, and quality really good.

I had an issue where the price of one of my items changed from my basket to when I paid for it, having emailed customer service they were able to cancel my order give me a full refund and I ordered again for the original price I thought I was paying….its the first time I’ve ordered from OHS and I’m really impressed with the quality of the products. 👍👍👍

I really feel I have to write a review regarding the delivery of an order recently made with OHS. I made an order expecting to wait a week and it was delivered the next day. This is exceptional service and the courier used was In Post. Thank you OHS for a five star service

Ordered something from Tesco market place, needed to return it. Twice I have booked time off work to stay in my apartment and wait for Yodel to collect. They have not even attempted to collect the item and on one occasion sent in a picture of the call panel to 'prove' I wasn't it, when the buzzer didn't go off all day.

Frustrating that you cannot print off a label and send the item back yourself. Customer services take days to respond and you don't even get a time slot with yodel, just a 'they will collect it at some point during the day and you don't need to anything' well neither do they by all accounts!

These adult towel ponchos are brilliant.. lovely lightweight but gets you dry and for £4...got them in so many different colours..and ideal for travelling or when in the caravan

The item was faulty and the shop wouldn’t accept the return label. Having spoken on chat on Instagram I was offered full refund. Very pleased with the outcome one.

i ordered an item late on the afternoon on the day of the order and it arrived the next day around dinnertime.. cant faut the service at all.
