The period delay medication I requested was declined and the gp recommended something else which I trusted .
The tablets did not delay the period and the occasion was ruined.

The DPD service is terrible
The DPD service is terrible, they won't post it through your letter box , they attempted delivery to house that isn't my address. The second attempted delivery was correct but no emails or texts telling me what time to expect delivery. Then returned the package to be destroyed and in paying £148 for the privilege no service received. A rip off .

I found that the information hub was fully comprehensive, the language was non jargon and easy to follow and that the FAQs answered any questions that occurred to me. Also there was an easy to use link if I should ever need to directly message Asda online support.

I have been using Asda Online Doctors for appox. a year, and have found them to offer a very good service.
I recently had problems with my delivery, which resulted in a delay in my order. However this was the fault of the delivery company and not AOD. Today I spoke with Ali A about the issue and he rectified the issue. Ali was very helpful and friendly. He obviously had a great knowledge of the business area and was very professional in his approach. Excellent customer service from Ali.
