Shocking delivery service !
After ordering my latest dose of medication , it has failed to have been delivered to my home address.
I have received my packages with no problem for many months, I have a leave safe arrangement with all delivery companies where it can be left securely in my porch.
For some reason the driver failed to leave the package on two occasions and now I am being told I will not receive the package and will not be refunded.
This is unacceptable as I am being treated unfairly due to the delivery driver not following clear instructions.
I may also add no card was left by the driver informing me of there failed delivery.
I have messaged Asda online doctors for their response !

Very happy with service I received…
Very happy with service I received today, my chosen pharmacy had no stock for my medication needed and were not very helpful but the lady I spoke to from asda doctor quickly rallied around and found a pharmacy that did have it, it was late on a Sunday afternoon as well.

Ordered weight loss meds and they…
Ordered weight loss meds and they didn't get delivered by DPD. Rang Asda doctors and was dissapointed to learn i had to wait atleast 6 days before they issued a refund. £163 that they had along with my medication. Wouldnt use them again. Nobody wants the hassle of waiting at home especially when you work nights and want to go to bed to be met with this nonsense. They have evidence DPD are returning it yet need to investigate. Its laughable. I dont think thats a good safe service.
Edit... they are refusing my refund and demanding they send out more wegovy injections even though I've expressed that they've caused me anxiety, I don't trust the courier they use. I don't live near a Asda pharmacy because otherwise I would have collected my order. They offer Express delivery at extra cost which to me is no better because thats most likely DPD also. So Asda doctors still have my £164. 40 and my injections. Shambolic!
Previous cancer patient here and im just grateful these people weren't responsible for that care.

Asda pharmacy have been fine to order…
Asda pharmacy have been fine to order from but they unfortunately use DPD as their courier. I paid for next day delivery. Didn't arrive. Next two days didn't arrive. Then it got sent back to Asda! Getting nowhere with a refund. Won't be ordering again with Asda due to them using DPD
