I don't know yet. Just started the hardest thing I have ever had to do.

Would not issue a refund after multiple errors on their end. They will not send back a money order to me that was filed incorrectly. and they took 4-6 weeks to answer anything. There was no phone number to call and when I did speak to someone, they didn't speak English and were not helpful whatsoever. They have been the absolute worst company to work with during a difficult time and I think they should be ashamed of their level of service.

For something so important and for a company that sells a single service you’d expect them to be pros. Also, for paying for platinum service I am treated like garbage. Nothing has moved forward, I was misinformed, they take forever to respond, sending me wrong documents.

Simple to order

It offered a lot of specific information for my state.

So far I do not know what I like or not like. All I've done is pay for it so we'll see what happens next.

I give this process 5 stars. I was talking to a lawyer and they told me that it would be $3,000 fee! My children are grown, our house is in foreclosure. So I have nothing left. I have been married for 53 years. I left my husband 6 years ago. Now that he lost the house there is nothing else I want. But I can't afford a lawyer so thank you for providing this opportunity for me to be free.

BE WARNED THERE IS AN AUTOMATIC RECURRING CHARGE FOR “SERVICE” AS SOON AS YOU PAY FOR INTIAL QUESTIONAIRE. SCAM.
Forms weren't filled out correctly from questionnaire and no actual help filling them out once generated from questionnaire. I was told to go back to questionnaire to edit and when that resulted in same errors on finalized forms i was told to go line by line and email back exactliy what i wanted forms to read , they kept saying I was required to use the "manually imput" method for what I wanted on the final draft of divorce forms. I found it way easier to just fill out forms i had in my possession from the courthouse myself. Which is exactly what i was trying to avoid. I asked several times, for example, to have forms read 1 child over 18 not dependent, instead forms were marked no children. Nowhere to add income/expense debts/assets (except by the manual imput method that i explained above) and only because I asked otherwise the forms would have been submitted blank in these areas and incorrectly filled out in other areas. Asked for money back several times and was told no due to getting forms via email...these same forms available on court website. I FELT SCAMMED AND RECEIVED NO ACTUAL HELP WITH MY DIVORCE FORMS. WASTE OF MONEY AND VALUABLE TIME.

I've only entered information so far, so hard to say, but so far so good!
