Absolutely horrible

Absolutely horrible. I paid and filled out all information a month ago. The automated response said would take up to 3 business days. After 4 follow up emails to them, still have not heard back from them. Tried calling number and cant even leave a voicemail due to mailbox being full.

I highly suggest doing research getting documents yourself and using the free resources that are provided.

DO NOT USE THIS SCAM OF A SERVICE

Do not engage with this company

Do not engage with this company. I paid the $199 to have the documents drafted. I reviewed them and my spouse did as well. Then I paid $176 for the online notary. Before the documents can be notarized you also have to pay the filing fee. For Texas it is $350. They charge a $50 additional fee. I wanted to use Zelle to send the money as I felt it was safer than sending a money order, which are the only options they provide for the filing fee. My bank canceled the pay due to flagging the website/company as a scam company.

I requested a refund for the $176 notary fee since my documents were never notarized. They only approved a $100 refund. I went back and forth with them through email as no one is ever available via phone. They state the creating of the documents as the reason to keep the $76. However, I paid $199 to have the documents drafted. The $176 was for a service I never received.

I finally got tired of arguing with them as they are obviously a scam company and just took the $100 they offered to return to me.

They claim that when you sign up and pay you agree to some terms of service. They even sent me a link to the terms of service. When I clicked on the link it showed that the notary service was $35 per person. I pointed this out to them, and they send me another link that now says the fee is $80 per person, plus a processing fee.

I wish I would have read the reviews before engaging with this company. I am not usually one to read reviews. After this experience I will be sure to do my due diligence going forward.

I don't understand why their website says they have 4.8 stars out of 5. This seems like false advertisement to me.

I spent $200 for round and round long…

I spent $200 for round and round long wait replies. I kept asking for the documents to be sent to me so i could print and file in court. They said they had been sent to me, to which they never sent. I then asked 4 times for refund to wait 3 weeks for reply, they said they will resend the documents and never received so i asked again. To no reply. This site is a massive money scam, if i could afford to sue i would.

Incompetent, Written by a First Year

After they provided my documents for me, I had another attorney friend of mine look it over just to see what they thought. They passed it on to three other attorneys who all just laughed at it. Yes, they technically included all of the information that they asked me in the questionnaire, but they said it was written like a first-year law student and would never be accepted by the court system. And the way that they appraised a few things, I would have not gotten half of what I wanted just because of some terminology that they used that was outdated and unacceptable by the court system. When I email them back, the only reply that I got from them was, you got what you paid for and will be glad to fix it for you if you pay us more money. If I could give this as you or I would

Scam website. Avoid and save yourself the headache.

I went through the whole process. The application was fairly simple. Once I submitted my payment, I never heard back from them. I called them twice and they told me I would just need to wait for my application to get processed. Well after 3 months and no communication, I decided to file my own documents through the Travis County Law Library & Self-Help Center. It was free and such an easier process. When I recently called Texas Divorce Online, I asked for my money back. They told me that they would not be able to refund me because the paperwork had already been sent. I told them I never got anything and there was nothing they could do. This site is a scam and would not advise anyone to use them.

called and asked for the paperwork

called and asked for the paperwork, they sent the paperwork but had to change a lot. they kept calling to pay more and they will do all the footwork. I replied no, already filed. so, then they charged my credit card for another 39.99 a month later for support that I never signed up for and never needed. when called, they said it was automatic until I canceled but cancel what? these people are from a foreign country and should not be trusted. there are thieves.do yourself a favor and never deal with foreign countries, four times already I have been scammed from foreign countries.

It is trash

It is trash, I used texasonlinedivorce.com and the amount of money I spent and the monthly payment is complete crap. You can just go to your county clerk get a packet fill it out for $23 file it and then file with the court and it’s cheaper and less chaos. They are only using you for money, no help at all.

Do not use them

Do not use them. Spent $195 to fill out the forms and half way through, had a change of heart and wanted to cancel. I didn't even submit the form. So they did no processing or work at all and it was within 24 hours. Emailed for a refund, they said they will then had me sign a suspicious "refund policy" that states I can't go to my bank to cancel. I signed it because i believed they'd refund me like they said. 1 month has passed with no refund at all. Now I don't know what to do. Please do not sign the policy and just cancel through your bank. It's what I would've done if I had another chance. I hope this helps someone.

Answering phone loops twice then to voice mail.

It was hard to get a real person to answer questions. There were no free revisions in 30 days. There was an upcharge of $50 for one requested revisions. It took multiple phone calls and a chat assistant to get requested revision. The county I was in had a standing order and the 6th amendment had been in effect for 3 months. I was provided the 5th amendment and ended up paying $1 page at clerk's office to get correct amendment into filing packet. I hope other online services provide better caliber of service. I requested a refund of copying charges for outdated amendment/standing order. Not optimistic after reading other reviews.

Never use this company

Never use this company. Complete waste of time and if you want a refund after figuring out they string it out forever to keep the 39,99 going and try to upsell more and more. You won’t get it because it’s 30 day. You can’t get anything done in 30 days. Run run run.
