Great customer service, good prices and smooth delivery
I've been a loyal customer for more than 5 yrs and can say they have one of the best customer services I have experienced. Their pricing is very competitive and the delivery is lightning quick and smooth (they really know what they are doing when it comes to overseas delivery).

Good price, fast shipping but need more sampler
a great website offering a good selection of cigar at reasonable prices. The purchasing experience was smooth, and the shipping is generally fast, which makes ordering from them convenient. But I hope they expand their Cigar Sampler options in the future to include more variety,

Everything was smooth and easy, great communication.
One small issue is sometimes they forget to write the address and the phone number on the package so it takes customs a while to reach out, aside from that Everything is great.
