Exact product in stock, shipped fast, and at a reasonable price. Packaging was also great for a large and breakable transition strip (8 feet by 2 inches). Arrived in perfect condition. Good email communication on order status and shipping throughout.

you and your company did great. i appreciate everything you have done for us. please note, your delivery service delivered our item to the wrong house. it was delivered to us by someone who lives down the street. they did not, by law have to do that but I thanked them for being honest.

We bought two pieces of transition strip for our new remodel project. We were transitioning a porcelain tile and a laminate floor across the length of the room about fifteen feet. The flooring we used had strip available but it was available only in three foot sections in a kit with two other styles we would never use for the same price as one long piece of this trim. Our flooring was not listed on the Onflooring website list but the color we picked matched. We are very pleased with our purchase and we saved so much money. Best of all we didn't have a bunch of small pieces going down the length of our new floor.

Great customer service.

I couldn't find the product I wanted locally, so I ordered through OnFlooring. The manufacturer sent the wrong product. That's not their fault. Unless you buy from a local warehouse with enough boxes of your product in stock, you are at the mercy of what is pulled from a distribution center and shipped to you.

Once the wrong product arrived, I called OnFlooring - and after a brief announcement, the phone was actually answered by a human who could address the issue. There was no phone tree only to speak with someone who couldn't help. After exchanging photos and emails, the issue was resolved within several hours, and the right product was sent.
Unfortunately, the manufacturer only sent a partial replacement order without notifying anyone. Another call, and OnFlooring figured out how I could pick up that partial order rather than having to wait another 10 days of shipping for the remainder of the order to arrive.

On Flooring had no control over what the manufacturer shipped, but had to resolve the problems created in a warehouse across the country. They were pleasant and helpful in resolving the issue. They provided customer service rarely seen today.

The products I needed, marmoleum transitions, were hard to find and after hours of internet searching, I found them on onflooring. The items were manufactured and shipped in a timely manner and look great on my floors.

Shipping was decent but the product was not good. They take an MDF piece of trim and wrap it poorly in a vinyl stick-on wrap. This was listed as Reducer 94-INCH COREtec Venture Chestnut but I’m pretty sure COREtec didn’t have anything to do with it. The vinyl wrap was all wrinkled on the MDF. Just a waste of money.

Follow-up: changed from 1 star to 3. OnFlooring did contact me. They explained it is not a sticker but laminated to the board. Either way, it was poorly done, but they gave me a refund for one of the sticks which was acceptable to me. The others I got to look as good as they were going to and installed them. Overall, OnFlooring did a pretty good job with the customer support. They didn’t make the trim, they just sold it. I still think the product itself has a lot to be desired, but OnFlooring did a good job of resolving it.

Price, Delivery and instructions were well communicated. A little disappointed that several pieces were defective: pattern wasn't stamped at the ends, 2 pieces had several areas of missing print and a random blackish blemish in the middle of the board. Transition wasn't accomendating to matching up with current laminate flooring-the rise was too high. Update: they made an adjustment to the defective planks. Very appreciative of the attention to customer satisfaction. Would recommend them highly.
