Her clear guidance under pressure was the reason my visa was granted just 24 hours later on 8 May, in time for my 9 May flight.Without her quick, accurate advice during that phone call, I would have likely faced a refusal. We applied for an Australian visa through One Vasco, and unfortunately, our experience has been extremely disappointing.

I personally met Mr. Rukumuddin Mujawar and submitted all the required documents on 29th January 2026. However, his handling of our case was highly unprofessional and lacked proper guidance. Due to negligence and misinformation, our visa was not processed successfully, and we missed our planned trip. Our tickets were already booked for 1st May 2026 for a 16-day visit, which resulted in significant financial and emotional loss.

The overall coordination at their office was very poor. Every time I visited, a different person was handling the case, and there was no accountability. None of the staff appeared punctual or well-informed about the process.

I strongly advise others to be cautious before trusting such organizations. Always ensure you receive proper acknowledgements, written confirmations, and clear communication throughout the process.

If you value your time and money, it’s better to go with a reliable and experienced visa consultant.

Rammai has been very helpful and approachable during the entire visa process. I had reapplied after one rejection and she has been very helpful. I would highly recommend her.

Worst experience with this team in Wafi mall , the receptionist or the lady who was there was soo rude and impolite and talked as if she would not want us to enter .
She has one job to greet and welcome customers which is worst at .beachae of her we went to s different agency.
