i bought 2 tickets of Handawa concert…

i bought 2 tickets of Handawa concert for me and one other person. we are not going together. so i was looking for 2 separate tickets. but i got 1 QR code for both tickets. i believe its not convenient. for 2 tickets there should be 2 different QR codes.

I can not download my receipt

I can not download my receipt. What is the use of having this kind of a payment gateway if you can not issue a receipt? Frustrated.

Payment problem

I paid for a ticket, but I didn't receive the email or message because of my connection problem. But when I informed them about it, they responded immediately and resolved my issue.
