Product just arrived, took months, its dreadful. It's not even an oil, it foamed up when trying to rub in!
I believe this is a scam.... the email address doesn't work! Desperate for my money back but have no idea how to get hold of them. Very expensive mistake by me.£80 i purchased 3 for two!! Idiot! Watch out everyone

I had to wait almost 3 months for it to get here just for it to not smell anything like vanilla or cinnamon bun. In fact the vanilla one smells like nothing and the cinnamon bun one smells like unscented soap if that makes since. I’ve tried to contact them multiple times and now I can’t access the website anymore and I want a refund. I ordered in the first week of June and it’s now the last week of August.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. This has to be the worst product ever! The body oil I order took forever to come in and when it did it smelled like nothing it was advertised to be! So a freaking scam. I bet those "positive" reviews were either bought or AI Bot produce.

Total scam. Received the product today and the product smells like soap and is bubbly like soap. Oil is not bubbly. No birthday cake scent. They have been running this buy 1 get 1 “sale” for a while which entices more people to buy the product. They also claim there is limited stock. The address on their website is a virtual office often used by scammers as well, 30 N Gould St ste r, Sheridan, WY, 82801, US. Basically this “company” is a front for drop shipping and reselling. Had to do a chargeback as I am sure emailing them (which I did) will not get a response as many others have mentioned. Do not be fooled by the fake reviews on their website and the TikTok videos and ads.

This is not a real company, I’m upset I even had to waste one star on the thieves, they are frauds, the incompetent people behind this will steal your money and believe when I say they are not selling OILS, they sent me slime in a bottle, “Mario” who apparently works there replied to me when I was asking how long it would take my order to arrive, he was competent enough to reply to that but when I asked for help or a refund the companies incompetence was evident, avoid these frauds at all costs. I’m yet to receive my money back!!!!

Warning: Avoid NIARA at all costs! My items never arrived, and getting a refund has been impossible. This company is a complete scam. If you try to contact them, be prepared to be ignored or wait weeks for a response. Save yourself the trouble and shop elsewhere!

It was a waste of money they basically sent me olive oil there is no real way of contacting anyone refund policy is piss poor. Not the same brand marketed what a scam.

I completely second everything else everyone has said about how crappy this consumer experience was. Ordered from "Niara” only to get a brand called "Ikzee” in bottles wayyy smaller than I was expecting them to be. Thank God it was buy one get one free, and that’s even still paying too much for the quality I received. I ordered one strawberry shortcake and one cinnamon bun. They both smell exactly the same. They have no distinct smell whatsoever - smells like any other product. And the smell is definitely not long lasting. Huge scam. They obviously must have paid their sponsors and influencers a lottt on Snapchat and Tiktok to advertise it as convincingly as they did. Don’t give them your money!!!

Absolutely ridiculous I still haven’t received my order! 5 days away from 1 month… No confirmation to say it was received, order number, NOTHING! Just save you money and get something worth while it’s a complete SCAM! If I could give no stars I would.

I just received my order from them yesterday. It took three weeks was super excited. I opened up my packages. The packaging I thought look cute. I do think the bottle sizes are a lot smaller versus seeing them on camera and secondly, they have no smell whatsoever. I am beyond freaking disappointed. I’m so glad that it was a buy one get one, but they will never get my $30 again. They are on my block list from even trying to receive any type of money anymore. I reported them to the Better Business Bureau bureau and I really hope this website get shut down. I sent an email out to them. They did respond, but in order to get the refund, it has to be damaged, not sent or the incorrect item. It says the product of no smell or any personal experience is no refund it first of all if you already know, it doesn’t smell when you said that this company is the biggest scamming company ever even when I put it on it didn’t it felt tacky a little sticky like residue still left on me. There was no shine. it just smells like nothing like it could be complete olive oil. Something needs to be done about this company ASAP. I wrote them explaining to them that this is unacceptable and I’m reporting them in any advertisement I see come across my Snapchat. I am reporting and leaving nasty as reviews I would give them no stars if they had a negative in front of it that’s how complete trash this company is and I feel sorry for anyone that does not come up here and see reviews before purchasing them, karma exist and it’s time to take this company down.

Absolute scam. They have NO scent whatsoever.

One of my products came damaged, the lid is broken therefore leaking oil all over the packaging and losing product. They also don’t smell of anything. I saw on social media people raving about the delicious smell but these smell nothing like described, wouldn’t be surprised if this is just cooking oil. They don’t have a review option on their website for buyers to share their thoughts but promote the good reviews they get online by people receiving the oils for PR. Was really looking forward to this order, had been waiting weeks for it, but i’m just left quite disappointed and not confident that anything will be done to get a refund.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I also bought into the hype of body oils. The website has tons of fake reviews but doesn't allow customers to actually leave reviews??? I ordered 2 oils and both smelt like nothing. Basically oil and water in a bottle. I'm not made of money so this made me mad. I rarely spend my money on things just for me but chose to and was highly disappointed. Save your money! Do not buy from this rubbish brand.

Save your money. I got caught up in the viral hype, seeing ads all over the place. Order just arrived today… what ever they sent isn’t even Niara! It’s some brand called OceAura??

Least of the problems. Like other reviews have said, the oil literally smells like nothing. Got the vanilla cream and cinnamon bun. Vanilla has 0 scent to it, the cinnamon bun smells like cleaning chemicals.

Brand is a scam. Don’t fall for it.

Edit update: The oils sent to me can be found for $5 on Temu. Emailed customer service about it this and have been ignored, where as they were prompt to respond initially before order arrived and I asked about shipping.

Bought the body oil off this website because the ads looked really good and the reviews looked promising. To say i am disappointed is an understatement!!! It took nearly a month to come and when i opened the package the boxes were damaged and the 2 scents I ordered (strawberry and vanilla scents) smelled of absolutely nothing!!! I may as well have rubbed olive oil on my skin. Stay clear from this company as its just an absolute waste of money. I did contact Niara themselves but will probably hear nothing back. Don't be fooled by those great ads and reviews people!!!

They sent WoodSleep brand instead of what was advertised. took 3 weeks to come in. Not worth it. A complete scam.

I was so exited to receive these oils after reading the amazing reviews on their site but like the other reviews on here I waited 3 weeks for them to arrive and they smell of absolutely nothing, no difference between either of the oils and they are like water/soap I’m not even sure what’s in them. Please don’t waste your money :(
