Undoubtedly the worst and most…

Undoubtedly the worst and most incompetent organisation I have ever dealt with. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

They first tried to charge me £500 for an early termination fee on contract, despite the fact that I had in writing I was within my rights to cancel the contract free of charge within 14 days of signing on (which I did).

After spending countless hours on customer service calls, they admitted that they were in the wrong but wouldn't waive the fee. The best I could get was a 50% reduction. They also agreed to refund a related charge within 7-10 business days

Not at all surprisingly (given their incompetence), they then tried to charge me for the rest of the termination fee a month later despite me upholding my end of the bargain (returning their hardware etc) and did not refund me.

I then had to spend another hour on hold just to have a customer service agent tell me they'd gotten things wrong (that I didn't need to pay the £240 additional fee) and that they had forgotten to process the refund. What they hadn't forgotten to do was inform credit reference agencies of a missed payment on an amount I didn't owe.

Being involved with one stream is like banging your head against a brick wall repeatedly - and, surprise surprise, getting nothing out of it but a headache.
