OneStream Live Inc is a great company. Their customer service is above and beyond all the times. They are very responsive 24/7 and they have ALWAYS helped me with issues small or large.
Aneeqa was exceptional
Aneeqa was exceptional. The option to have a demo was suggested by the chat team. I am soooooo glad they offered it to me. This is the first time I have been offered a demo at this price point.
Aneeqa is quite articulate and experienced. She was determined to make my Google Chrome work. Before Aneeqa I had worked with 2 people from other companies to solve this Chrome issue and I was exasperated. Aneeqa completed my demo. Then with in 2 minutes she had Chrome working.
The chat team is always patient, curtious, and prompt to respond to my many many questions.
Excellent Customer Responsivness
The customer services is very responsive. Sobia spent a huge amount of time trying to get to the bottom of an issue I was having, including getting on a call and screen sharing.
Onestream Made things Right
I left an awful review for Onestream however I will admit that they made things right. I wish I did not have to leave a bad review to get them to pay attention but they did go above and beyond to make things right.. I am grateful for that.
Customer service is excellent
Customer service is excellent! The staff was able to resolve the issue in just a few hours. I am very appreciative of their service; compared to other platforms, the service is top-tier. I'm most appreciative of the attendance to the service response time, having responded in a timely manner.
Onestream Provides No Refunds for Whatever Reason they decide.
The issue right now for me is no longer the initial Refund which I requested within 7 days of Purchase or the bad experience regarding Enterprise Support which they claim has been resolved after 4 days and my complaint. The 3months allowed by the Competitions Commissions for Onestream to change their bad business practices has now passed. The bad business practice relates to the fact Onestream has No Notice on their website regarding any Refunds of Guarantees that protect customers. Instead they decided they are going to implement their own rules after the customer has purchased the product and wants to claim a refund for whatever reason. Secondly Onestream have decided that they will institute their own rules which violate that of the Commission to protect customers globally. Usually a minimum fine of $1million is imposed.

I took my product demo with Khawaja Asad from OneStream Live and he explained the platform in extreme detail. Not only does the platform provide a very functional solution to a problem every content creator/business faces, it's also quite intuitive and user friendly.
Refusal to honor EU consumer withdrawal rights — refund denied despite unused service
I am filing a complaint against [Company Name], based in Finland, for violating my rights under EU Directive 2011/83/EU regarding distance contracts and digital services.
On May 13, 2025, I purchased a digital subscription from their platform. Shortly after logging in, I realized that this functionality is severely limited in the basic plan, and to unlock the full feature set, you must upgrade to higher-tier plans that are two to three times more expensive than comparable services on the market. I did not access, stream, or use any of the subscription features, and I contacted the company within 30 minutes of purchase to cancel and request a full refund.
I explicitly referred them to EU consumer protection law, which allows the right of withdrawal from digital services within 14 days, provided the service has not been used or explicitly waived. The company initially refused to process the refund, and after quoting the law, they stated they had forwarded the matter to their financial department — after which they went completely silent for several days.
I want to warn all potential users: once you make a payment to this company, you are extremely unlikely to get your money back — even if you cancel immediately and don’t use the service at all.
The company’s refund policy appears to be deliberately structured to avoid issuing refunds, even in cases where EU consumer law clearly grants that right. They do not cooperate with customers, refuse to acknowledge valid withdrawal requests under Directive 2011/83/EU, and simply stop responding when challenged with legal references.
Consumers should be extremely cautious before making any payments to this platform.
