Complaint regarding Onestream Live
I have had a drastic experience with this organization. I purchased their lifetime license from AppSumo in 2021. I just now had a use for it, 2/2024. They refused to honor my purchase. They say that the code provided by AppSumo has expired and that I did not redeem the code. I provided proof of purchase with the redemption clearly stated on the document. They have now offered a 10% discount for a monthly membership. I am not interested in paying them $100 annually, especially since I paid $99 for a lifetime membership.

The code was not redeemed. The redemption on AppSumo is automatically marked by them once you click the link. It has nothing to do with us. We have honored all our AppSumo deals, and we still have many active AppSumo users.
